From my initial contact via the website through to installation everything ran smoothly The recommended installer (Revolution EV) was great, this was a replacement for 2x older chargers, so not a standard new installation and he didn't make this my problem, but worked with it. The chargers themselves work as advertised, nice software app too.

Hypervolt have been brilliant from start to finish. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Their product is brilliant, and I particularly like the LED features via the easy to use app. Would highly recommend using them and their installers Norvolt. Thank you Hypervolt

Hypervolt fitting was professionally conducted by Justin Bucknell Electrical Services (Paul). The fitting took less than 2 hours and the unit was positioned exactly where we wanted. Setting up the App was equally straightforward and the unit looks good and functions well.

Some early challenges with their preferred installer (OVO) who were terrible and found every excuse to not perform the install. Difficult to fully blame Hypervolt for this although they are responsible for who they partner with. Alex took over and quickly arranged for another company to do the work (247EV) who have been fantastic. After a stuttering start, I've been very impressed with Alex's desire to get this fixed and his support through the process to a positive outcome.

Smart looking easy to use and great app to back it up. Love the different led modes would love to see more. For key dates in the year. Connects to my vehicle very well. This has made a world of difference owning an EV with out one for a week or so was not fun. Soon as this was installed and I could use the charge schedule time within the app made it very user friendly. installed by recommended by hypervolt for my area could not be happier with it just over 2hrs to get everything done was shown how to do what with the app and cables ex. Very happy with the product and service. 5*

I recently moved into a new home and the propery had a Hypervolt 2.0 pre-installed. I was having issues and error codes while getting set up with the device via the app because the previous owners seemingly had the device installed but never actually made use of it, and they did not leave me with any of the relevant information to get started with it. I made a phone call to customer support and spoke to Fred, and he was very understanding of the issue and helped to get things on track. He also went the extra mile to provide assistance via email following our phone call to make sure everything was running properly. If I have any issues in the future I am happy to know that the customer support team will be incredibly helpful.

I had home internet issues and rang Hypervolt. No waiting just immediately spoke to a technical person who helped me through the process of connecting me back up. It’s Rare and most helpful to get a human to assist customers these days so this is worthy of writing a review.

Amazing customer care from Temi at hypervolt. I was having difficulty trying to reconnect my charger to the Internet after changing to a new provider, I contacted hypervolt via the app and Temi sent me instructions via WhatsApp to solve the problem. I received a response within 2 mins of my request. Brilliant service

Had problems with my integration with octopus energy and hypervolt was excellent in sorting it out for me. Highly reccomended I have 2 units in 2 properties and may even get another unit in future if needed as I have 2 ev cars Thank you Temi

Very prompt and professional service. The installers (Norvolt) were brilliant. Can’t fault a thing. Helped me set it up and get the app running. All in all very pleased with the service all round. The wall unit looks good. Would totally recommend!

Having originally left 1 star i have updated to 2. Since having my hypervolt fitted i have have had to replace the unit twice in under 2 years as it kept tripping the power and eventually the charger died all together. I have had a lot of issues with the car charging on the scheduler using the hypervolt app, waking up to a flat car. Butappear to have rectified that now using the cars scheduler and removing the hypervolt scheduler. Although this hasnt been tested extensively yet. Hypervolt believe the issue may not be their charger but in fact the car, but i dispute this having had no issue charging the car by other means. They hypervolt service was definitly lacking over the period ive had the charger, and it seemed i only got solid service and follow ups after leaving a 1 star review. shame you have to go public to get what you need, but hoping i do finally have what i need now and this charger number 3 lasts.

What an amazing experience delivered by Stefano from enquiry to fitting. Hypervolt were excellent and their installer from Revolution EV (Keith) was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. A first class service that I can truly recommend.
