I had continual issues with the charger going off line. Hypervolt customer service team replaced the unit but the problem continued. It has always been hardwired to the router so why it went offline interminently was a mystery. They then arranged for a different installer to attend who identified the cable to the router was not wired correctly. Bingo, problem solved. I understand that technology can sometimes have its hiccups (and the 2023 model did). My perserverance and the patience of Hypervolt to get my unit issue resolved paid off. I found they've always been dedicated to addressing any issues that arise.

Very responsive helpdesk personnel. Walked me through several fix options, then passed on the issue when we couldn't resolve. Stayed in touch via email and let me know when the issue had been sorted out.

Our amazing engineer did a fantastic job installing the Hypervolt, which works perfectly with the app and car to make charging scheduling a breeze. Plus, the LED colors make it super easy to understand and use.

I had a Hypervolt 3.0 installed a few months ago. The design and function are excellent and it's easy to operate and control. I recently lost comms between the app and the charger - a simple email and a very quick response with a simple solution was just what I needed. Ayan was really good and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Reall can't fault the service.

Hypervolt was quickly installed by our engineer and then works seemlessly with the app and car to schedule charging. LED colours make it easy to use and understand. Had a couple of network connectivity issues due to my broadband, but their support team have been fantastic and helped resolve the issue within a few minutes.

Cannot comment on the charger itself or setup yet as still waiting for it to be installed. First impressions are that they are a company that care about there customers experience. Well done.

Great support! Wish more companies had the same approach to customer service. Had an issue with my app connecting to the box after my broadband had been upgraded. Made contact out of chat hours and received an email next morning offering help and advice, including 2 options with step by step instructions to help fix the issue. First option worked and sorted my issue. Thanks you Robert for your help! 5 stars we deserved.

Great experience from start to finish with Hypervolt. Provided lots of information on the process from selection to install. Extensive list of approved installers, I was glad to be able to pick a local installer in my area who were also excellent (EV Guys Ltd). So far the unit is performing well, and if I had any issues the Tech Support team have been very helpful and quick to respond. Good communication at all time, with varies communication methods available. Unit is very sleek compared to others and the app use has been seamless to date.

Not outstanding, particularly as regards the user control side. Had to install a wifi range extender just the other side of the exterior wall from the charger, even though other devices have no problem connecting to the router from the same location. The app still seems to lose contact with the charger occasionally (and I only use it occasionally). I get error messages and the only solution seems to be switching the charger off and on at the isolator. Even when it's connected there's an unpredictable delay in responding to changes of setting. Even changing LED brightness can be fraught. It's even more irritating when it comes to connecting via Bluetooth, because the charger seems to lose visibility shortly after it's switched on at the isolator even to devices that are paired with it. The app itself has shortcomings. When you program a schedule it asks you to save, but it doesn't confirm the save. It stays on the same page, so you're not sure whether the schedule has saved correctly. Also, you can set a maximum charging current, but if you then schedule a charge it calculates and displays the total kWh charge but it's always based on maximum charging current (32A). Again, you're not sure what's going on. The charger looks nice on the wall and the electrical side of the charger seems to work fine (haven't done many charges yet). The experience with Hypervolt prior to installation was positive. Dealing with the technical helpdesk after installation was pretty good too - you just don't want so much of that. Basically, if you want something that works smoothly, reliably and intuitively every time, have a look at the options.

A fast response at answering the phone which is rare nowadays polite person on the end of the phone, and solved my issue very effectively,even rang back to confirm all way ok. Best after service ever,added with the great product that just works, why would you consider any other product? I would recommend with company to anyone. Terry,no one special just a normal user!
