Basing this review soley on experience from placing the order through to installation as my EV is yet to arrive so cant really comment on performance. Extremely happy with the installation of my HV Pro 3 from start to finish. Ease of placing the order online, communication with HV and clear instructions regards completion of the survey. Sparks Dave & Declan (Apprentice) arrived bang on time polite and friendly on arrival talking through the installation, installed as requested and talked through the app at the end. Job took 2.5hrs start to finish between them both, clean and tidy install with no mess or rubbish left behind and it looks great. TOP JOB!

Easy to use website. Regularly updated by Hypervolt during process to install. Chose an installer closest to my home address and although the install was done very professionally the box was faulty. However within 3 days the electrician came back with a new box after he finished work and completed. So far so good, great product. Chose after having them recommended to me and I myself would recommend now too.

The product itself has an issue: the software freezes every now and then. But the customer support is excellent. The guy helping me was friendly, knowlegeable and patient. The problem has been solved and more importantly: now I can do it myself.

Really pleased with my Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV Charger. The Hypervolt team were superb from my initial enquiries on WhatsApp and emails. They were really helpful, friendly and professional and sorted my quote with installation quickly with one of their local authorised installers, in my case Total Electrical NE Ltd. They were great! A week later from accepting the quote, which was competitive considering there was some extra electrical work to be done, the charger was fitted and I was up and running with charging my EV car. A total hassle free full service purchase and installation. The charger is smart and with a 10m tethered lead it's great to use without having to manoeuvre the car on my driveway to plug-in to charge. The Hypervolt logo and surround changes colour depending what is happening with your charger. You can even have a themed display, although don't expect to be watching a movie, it's not that kind of display! The Hypervolt App is real pleasure to use. Setting up the app is a breeze with the hand over from their trusted installer. Scheduling your charging sessions to utilise the EV tariffs is a breeze and using the 'boost' option even more so. The app user interface is streamlined and not complicated at all. I love the features and especially the ability to enter your energy tariff cost and keep a record of energy usage and costs, and even email them to yourself or somebody else. So, overall, a quality product backed up by a quality company and team. Use their trusted installers to install the charger, everything is taken care of and the whole process is hassle free, as was my experience. A fantastic experience!! Thank you team Hypervolt!

Soon after my enquiry to Hypervolt James from Total Electrical NE attended and carried out a site survey and we agreed on a location for the charger to be fitted. My Hypervolt Pro 3 arrived within about 7 days from confirming my order and was installed the following week by Total Electrical NE Ltd. James was friendly, efficient and very professional throughout. The installation took a few hours to complete and set up with my Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend Total Electrical NE to anyone having their EV Charger installed.

Hi, so the first thing I'll say about Hypervolt and every Company I have ever bought expensive equipment from. Is that you really find out a how a company looks after customers when things go wrong. After you have paid and your installation or your equipment has been delivered and breaks down after a year or two. Because all companies are great before you pay. So I bought a Hypervolt 2 in March 2022. It was fitted quickly by a contractor, all good. Then my charger started to do it's own thing as I called it. Charging at obscure times and not the scheduled charging times I had set. I contacted Hypervolt and spoke to Louise. I explained my issues and Louise agreed to monitor my charger. After a couple of days I rang back and Louise agreed the charger had an Issue. I speak plainly here, Louise did not give me any Waffle, she said OK Ray we will have to give you a new charger. Not only that she sent the new charger without any hesitation to my home After that Louise arranged for the contracter to return and fit the new charger. The contractor couldn't fit the charger for 2 weeks. I again had a chat with Louise. She arranged for a local contractor to fit my charger. I waited 2 days. Now that's what I call service. Things go wrong with equipment, that's life, but Hypervolt or Louise I should say, in my humble opinion went above and beyond. That's why I'm writing this. Because there are far too many Companies out there who can fit your charger the Next day. But when things go wrong, that's when you find out what they are really like. I'll be getting a Hypervolt charger next time because everything has a lifespan. But I'll be getting it because of the Service I recieved from Louise, she didn't fob me off. Easy to use and quick to install. Newt and compact too

Quick service and a relatively easy process of sending pictures of the installation location and fuse box to get a quote. Installer arrived promptly on the agreed day and the installation was done and working within a couple of hours. The charger works exactly as expected and the app is easy to use and connects well.
