From ordering to delivery everything went extremely well. I upgraded the delivery after I placed the order and the lady on the phone was very helpful. The guys delivering the items were very polite and efficient.

Originally order process was great BUT we are now 4 months after order and no delivery. You get messages saying delivery has been postponed If you want you item quickly don’t order from here

I worked for oak furniture land for about 3 years the company is horrendous the furniture is not handled very well at all when it is being transported by this I mean people dropping it even the drivers damage the furniture so they don’t have to make the delivery to make life easier for themselves all workers at the depo sell the furniture to make a quick bit of cash the managers keep all there little secrets at the depo for example people getting sexually assaulted they have found drugs and kept it a secret . They have no good workers and no one is willing to do the job I don’t blame them for this because the job is horrible and you get treated like rubbish by the managers even if you do a good job . Oak furniture land has put me off working at any other delivery place .
