Unpacked, assembled and positioned furniture in room for us. Very polite, friendly and professional lads. Highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 15 April 2025Went in for a sofa I had seen online and wanted it. Lee, who was super helpful and not pushy, chatted about the sofa and the fabrics that I asked him about. Nothing was too much trouble, but not in a ‘salesman’ way, just as a professional, as I cannot stand being pressured in shops. Altogether, an excellent experience, as I didn’t even think of them for settees! Oh, and I happened to go in just as the settee was on Easter promotion - bargain!

United Kingdom | 15 April 2025From purchasing to delivery the process was flawles. The lady who helped me with ordering was knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery personnel were outstanding. I opted to pay the extra yo have the furniture situated in the room it was going. They unpacked the furnitwith care an assembled were necessary. They even moved the display unit to another location in the room as it did not go quite right where I originally planned for it. Highly recommend paying the extra for the service. The delivery team are an asset to the business.

He knew exactly where in the shop that the chairs were placed so I didn’t have to go all round the store. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful and pleasant. I had a bad experience before with Oak Furniture Land but, this time was completely different!! Thanks Hugh for restoring my faith in Oak Furniture Land!!

United Kingdom | 15 April 2025We bought a lot of furniture from Oak furniture land. Three months after taking delivery one of the reclining chairs stopped working. I explained to the warranty company that it definitely was not the power supply. Despite that they sent a repair man out with a new power supply. He then said it wasn't the power supply (shock) but it was the motor. He left BOTH seats disconnected and left. No further contact from them so I rang to be told they were waiting for a motor. We have now been waiting almost five months in total Update After posting on their social media, Oak furniture land got in touch very quickly and the situation was resolved in less than a week. It seems that the repair company were at fault and they have now changed the company dealing with repairs. Overall I am happy with the resolution.
