We had a great time on the boat! Great communication from the owner and the driver was very accommodating when we needed him to get closer to our drone that would not fly back. We loved that we were able to play our own music too. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset, a surprising firework show, and had a relaxing experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Great owner and customer service

Amazing trip

Owner changed the booking when I arrived and insisted on coming with us. I put no boating license (it was for a duffy rental that doesn't leave a marina) and he said the law just changed and I needed a license. I was skeptical and asked when the law changed-"oh this month" he says and then I asked why he didn't communicate this in the last two weeks BEFORE I arrived. He Initially wanted to charge more and after saying no, he said "ok no extra charge but I'm coming with you" but then got angry about little things "oh you brought a cake for a birthday, oh you're taking pictures? etc" so after realizing being stuck on a boat 2 feet from this a hole was going to be a BAD experience and explaining the reservation had been changed by HIM-we decided to not go under these circumstances. Tried calling getmyboat and their voicemail was full. Tried to cancel the booking on the app and was informed that I'd be on the hook for it then. Owner fraudulently told the company the booking continued so they charged me. Finally got someone on the phone three days later for them to tell me they have no power at all and it's up to the owner to approve the refund or not. Clearly that's not happening since he wants to get paid for a trip that didn't happen. So don't expect to get a good customer service experience OR the fact that they'll back up a customer OVER an owner. Just beware they don't have your back if something goes wrong.

Adagio Yacht Rent on Cancun gave us excellent service on the yacht MR SPINDLE. The tour was Great, we will come againg with Adagio. 👌👌

We had a very nice experience during Christmas holiday. Our captain Nicola Vera did an excelllent job, very open and informative. I would definitely recommend !

Guillermo was fantastic at his job! He made adjustments to our plans because of low winds and we all got to go up individually. He was well versed and very capable.

It was an incredible experience. One for the books that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The boat was very nice. The captain and cocaptain were very helpful, informative, and made it for a wonderful experience. We would definitely use them again when we return.

Hello, the first booking I had made didn’t work out because the owner of the boat stood us up. But I call customer service and immediately was offered a full reimbursement or new options to book. I booked a new trip and everything turned out perfect 😊.

Walter contacted Christian (another owner), received an offer, and called me multiple times to make sure my family gets a chance to have a peaceful time on a very special memorial day. Our captain, Bryan, changed a very difficult day to a beautiful, memorable experience for my family. My gratitude goes to Walter and Bryan for their care and compassion.
