I ordered a watch in November, I was told it would be delivered in December. I chased for a delivery date and was told they'd not managed to get in in the December shipment, offered a very, very small discount, and promised it would arrive in January. As this was a christmas present, I was very disappointed but accepted this and apologised to my husband and promised him it would only be a few weeks late. I've been chasing for the last two weeks, have never had calls returned or emails answered, and have only been told that it won't arrive yet and we're now looking at March. This is so disappointing and upsetting and the customer service has been shocking.

1 Star is a stretch up there is no option for none. Placed an order for a ring in October and was advised of a November delivery, became December, January, February. Had to chase for updates no follow up to e mail correspondence no satisfactory explanation as to why the delay. Totally ruined the sentiment of the gift to my wife have cancelled the order as I have lost confidence. Could not recommend this jewellers

It’s alarming to see 90% of positive reviews on this page appear fake, written by accounts with only one review. This is clearly an attempt to trick customers into believing this is a trustworthy company, but the truth is evident on their cwsellors.com Trustpilot page, where they have a 1.4/5 rating with 82% are 1-star reviews (as of time of writing this). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My experience reflects the shocking reality. I ordered a Fenix 7S Pro Sapphire Solar Carbon Grey Titanium on 7th January 2025 as a late Christmas present, listed as in stock at the time with a promised delivery time of 7–10 days. It is now 22nd January, and the item has still not arrived. When I contacted the company, they claimed they had only ordered the watch from Garmin on 7th January, despite it being advertised as "in stock." Garmin’s shipping timeframe is 1–3 working days, yet I’ve received no updates, no product, and now they are completely ignoring my emails. After reading further reviews, it’s clear this company has a pattern of falsely advertising products as in stock, taking payments, and failing to deliver. Worse still, I now question whether I would even receive a genuine product if it did arrive, based on others' experiences. I have since escalated this issue to my finance provider and reported the company for investigation. If you’re considering purchasing from CW Sellors / Jura Watches, think again. This company cannot be trusted—the reviews on their cwsellors.com Trustpilot page show the truth. Save yourself the stress and financial risk, or waiting months for a refund. Criminals.

Absolutely disgusting the way these people operate. They should be closed down. Purchased a watch on their website on 06th December. Six weeks later I'm still without the watch, despite the actual manufacturer's website saying the watch was in stock with a 1-3 delivery time. They've clearly just kept my money. Please do not do business with these frauds.

One of the worst company to deal with, you have to wait for more than 14 days to get your money back. Poor customer service. I would not buy or not recommend to anyone. I dont understand why do you guys need more than 14 days to refund the money back in 2025. As you all know how far technology has grown up and don’t do the business with customers money….

I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift for my wife in November with plenty of time to spare according to the website. Card debited immediately. I started voicing my concerns on its arrival mid December, but I was assured it would arrive in time. On the 23rd I was told it had arrived and would be sent overnight. Nothing arrived. When I rang on the 27th I was told it still hadn't arrived yet. Luckily my wife was very understanding as she had been let down for my present by C W Sellors as well. I can accept a delay in delivery but will not accept being lied too and will never use this company again. My wife was never given a delivery date despite payment again being taken immediately. After sharing our stories on Xmas day in disappointment we both cancelled our orders and had to wait 3 weeks for a refund.

Ordered at the beginning of December, money taken straight away, I had to chase for delivery updates, only to be told items were on site and delivery after Christmas, emailed last week asking for a delivery date and informed still awaiting the delivery with no expected date, requested a refund and was informed it was being processed but it was 4 days later before that was processed. Poor communication.

I purchased a watch from CW Sellors back in early December. It was a Christmas present for my wife. The lady I spoke to when ordering was very helpful and arranged next day delivery. Unfortunately my wife thought the face was too big so we decided to send it back for a refund. This was a nice easy process to arrange and the shop received the watch back on the 30th Dec. No issues with the return. I was told the refund should be done within 10 working days. PLEASE NOTE, I received my refund yesterday, 16th January. This company made me wait 18 days to return my money. No explanation to why it took so long apart from being told the industry standard is 14 days. This is plain profiteering by keeping customers money as long as possible. Its so easy these days to authorise refunds. I know, my wife works in retail. CW Sellors will not be on my shopping list again.

Ordered a Christmas Bell end of Nov without realising that they did not have these in stock and that delivery could take 3-4 weeks. I WhatsApped their customer service and was told that they were expecting a big georg jensen order and that I might get my order earlier than expected. Christmas came and still nothing. Then after messaging their team again, I was informed that the big order they received didn't include my bell and that they were happy to refund me. Terrible service, the fact I had to keep messaging them for updates and for them to have not ordered my bell. The bell has a very meaning to me as I lost my son in 2024 and wanted something on the tree to remember him by.b

I ordered a Storm ladies watch on the 15 December 2024. On the 15 January I called for an update to be told its 'another 2 weeks'. I ordered the exact same item with Storm direct and received it 24 hours later. I have subsequently cancelled my order with CW Sellors and asked for a refund. I have been advised that the refund takes 7-14 days. I think this is poor service and I'm escalating my refund request so it is returned to me sooner.

Very disappointed with my recent purchase. Used CW Sellors as I know them to be a reputable company. Order placed for a nearly £900 item on the 02/12 for a Christmas present. Money was taken yet informed the item was not actually in stock. After numerous enquiries I was informed the item would be in stock just before Christmas and would be inspected and sent out immediately. This was not the case. I was then called to be told the delivery their end had gone missing and I would not receive the item until after Christmas. This turned up on the 30th Dec. Communication throughout was dismal. Will not be using them again.

Put in an order for three pieces of jewellery, together worth 733£, on 28 Nov. First item was promptly delivered - great. Then the nightmare began. The remaining two items had to be ordered. CWSellors promised they'd send me an estimated delivery date. They never did, in spite of me repeatedly asking them about it. On 20 Dec, I called. They tried to get me to pick other, in-stock pieces instead. I refused and requested a cancellation. They reluctantly stated that I would get a refund within 14 working days at the very latest. Every other day, I checked whether I'd gotten my money back - nothing. 13 Jan was the final refund date. Still nothing. I chase down CWSellors yet again, and am promised the refund will be in my account that evening at the very latest. Two days later, still nothing. Long story short: NEVER buy from CWSellors unless the item is in stock. Promised refunds do not materialise - they basically stole 600£ from me! Disgusted by these business practices. I will now file an official chargeback complaint with my bank.

After three weeks I returned an item, no refund has been issued. I phoned the finance company to be told that the seller still hasn't contacted them for the refund to be issued. In the meantime, payment has been taken. I hope this will be fixed soon. The item was nice, and the delivery was quick. Customer service is also very polite but the refund is a big issue.

I bought a present for Christmas, returned the item on the 27th of December, and I was called the day after by this seller saying that I would be contacted by the finance company for the cancellation of the contract. After three weeks, I called the finance to check if a cancellation had been issued, and I was told the CW Sellor had never contacted them. That's very disappointing considering that payment by the finance has already been made.

Please read all of the negative reviews, not only here but on the cwsellors.com page too, mine is the same story. Ordered a necklace at the end of November, 2-3 weeks lead time for an Xmas gift. Guaranteed delivery in time otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. Chased with an email, no reply, chased with a WhatsApp, guaranteed delivery, called 3 days before Xmas and was told that it wouldn’t be arriving. It’s now nearly 8 weeks since ordering, no sign of the item, no update and multiple ignored emails. They are essentially a drop shipping company, sell items that they don't have, ignore any communication and hope they come into stock before you cancel. Absolute joke

CWS price-matched a leading high street competitor, then beat it significantly, making my purchase the best deal for this item in the UK! This resulted in my item being considerably cheaper than the RRP (over 31% less) from a brand boutique, and CWS is an Authorised Dealer (AD) of that brand. This makes it abundantly clear just how much profit the brand boutique’s are making, when they refused to offer me any discount on the same item, despite me being a loyal customer. CWS sourced a brand new, fresh from production example, direct from the brand manufacturer for me, and provided next-day Royal Mail special delivery, for free. Polite and friendly communications were provided to me throughout by Harriet. She is amazing and a genuine credit to CWS. Order updates and confirmations were on point. My item was delivered to me on time, when we had agreed, and was absolutely perfect. I cannot fault CWS, based on my personal experience of dealing with them. I received exemplary service all around. I’ve ordered from them before and the standard has always been the same. If, like me, you take the time to read customer satisfaction reviews before purchasing, including the negative ones, please do not be dissuaded by a few uncharacteristic examples of poor experiences - in the world of retail, there are always occasions where some things go wrong and not as intended. In fact, I would be more sceptical of a company that was claiming 100% customer satisfaction, as this does not happen. Give these guys a chance to prove themselves to you with your order - from my experiences, I’m sure that you will not be disappointed. I can highly recommend CWS.
