If I could give 0 I would - I purchased the watch for my 92 year old, very deaf Father who had experienced a really nasty fall and sustained a serious head injury. The watch was delivered next day (very good) after placing the order before 2pm on the Thursday, ready for me to set up (I hoped) on the Saturday morning whilst I was with him. The link in the email to activate the watch failed to work so I called but no Customer Service available until Monday so two days with a useless watch. I spoke to CS on Monday morning to be told "oh yes, we're aware there is an IT issue and we're working on it", no time line given for a fix, no email to Customers to say there was an issue but I was assured I'd be the first on the list for a call when it was back up and running. I continued to try the link and had the watch activated before the call came through from CS. The watch itself is an absolute pig to get on, I really struggled and I have no health issues but my Father has shakey hands since the fall and is unable to put it on himself, which is why I called CS today to discuss swapping it for a pendant. I left two messages on the CS answer phone, leaving as requested, my name, contact number and a short message. I got called back on work landline (I asked for a call back to my mobile) and was told "we don't listen to those messages", we just call back the number from the missed call. I should add the watch only holds charge for about 2 days and has to be off my Father and on charge for 3 hours, my Father doesn't leave the house so it isn't the GPS that's draining it, I mentioned this on my call to CS today and no surprise "oh yes we're aware there is an issue with the batteries and we're working on it", did I receive an email to advise me of that, nope. At this point I'm beginning to lose my patience and ask to speak to a manager, no managers available but I should get a call back within 24 hours or I can send an email! If all of this wasn't enough, my Father pressed the alarm at 2am on Sunday morning, we suspect he rolled on it in his sleep but obviously didn't know that at the time. I had a call from a number in Macclesfield at around 2am that I answered, no one there, I hung up, same thing happened again, I assumed a wrong number. My phone rang again it was my sister, she had exactly the same thing happen, two calls, no one there but on the third call, it was the call centre to say my Father had pressed his alarm. Honestly this whole experience has been a total shambles, if you want an alarm for piece of mind for yourself or a loved one, this is not the Company for you. I've now asked for a full refund as I have zero confidence in this Company.

We brought the Watch and Family Monitoring SureSafeGO which is ideal for my mum. She has a button to press if she needs help. My brother and I can monitor her, through the app, without disturbing her so she keeps her independence. The battery last for about 5 days between charging.

arrived quickly easy to set up just one problem its described as a watch alarm shows two hands like an analogue watch ITS NOT its a digital alarm that speaks time. This isnt of great use as much of what I use watch for is to see the time many occasions a reading of the time out loud time would interfere with others enjoyment. it means watch on one hand and alarm on the other just like a convict it will stay in pocket

I live alone with my dog Claude and peawee my cat both 18months old and now if I do happen to trip over them when they are playing zoomies I can just press my alarm and know I won't have to wait hours to get help if I need it 24hrs a day.
