Absolutely fabulous, the staff were so helpful when ordering, the alarms arrived the next day, even though it was Christmas. They are easy to set up and use.

Having tried a few alarms over the years, I would say these are the best. A great deal more user friendly to use for Parkinson’s sufferers as buttons are clear and manageable- watch charges quickly too. I really rate this company- exceptionally helpful and responsive (even on Christmas Eve!) when I needed to ask a question about suitable watch straps. All sorted - and by past experience I can look forward to prompt delivery. Thoroughly recommend SureSafe!

Easy website to understand- first point of contact was Daryl who clearly understood my needs for my aunt. Really really helpful. Very understanding when there was a need to change from watch to pendant with pouch. After sales really efficient.

Well I was helped by my neighbor Michael as I was 100 on 27/11/24. Ordering the alarm was easy enough and we needed to ring the care line 3 times and that was the best as they were so helpful and always resolved what needed to be done. The only thing that would have been better is longer battery life on the alarm as it is a bit fiddly for a 100 year old to charge it but will have to get used to it. The wrist alarm is marvellous and I have really enjoyed testing it many times and particularly like that I can talk to Michael so it doubles as sort of a little mobile phone that could be why the battery is lasting so long!!!

I ordered a family & friends watch alarm from SureSafe Alarms over the phone for my elderly mum as although she lives fairly near to me, we lost my dad earlier this year so she’s on her own. I spoke to Daryl who went through how it works, that’s it’s okay to wear in the shower & how to set it up once delivered. Very helpful, friendly, informative & very reassuring, thank you Daryl. Really impressed with the watch system, easy for my mum to use & we have tested it a few times. Love the fact once connected you can talk directly through the phone to her, the alert system is very good, gps tracking is a real plus & the app is so easy to use. Mum now doesn’t have to take her mobile everywhere & find my number to call for help as she can just press a button on the watch for 3 seconds & it calls me direct. I even got notified when the watch was on 20% battery. Such peace of mind for us. Family & friend’s subscription is a great price so even with purchasing the actual watch alarm along with the subscription it works out a lot cheaper than lots of other personal alarm companies fees + it’ll just be the annual subscription next year. We would highly recommend SureSafe. Speedy delivery too.

Next day dispatch, 24 hour royal mail tracked delivery. Alarm was fully charged prior to delivery and SIM had been inserted. Instructions are very simple and clear. They recommend testing the alarm and this is important as one relative told me they tested in twice and nothing happened - this was because they did not hold it down. Tested again and it worked so well worth testing so the user knows how to operate it if its really needed. They sell alternative straps which are magnetic and easier to get on and off as the standard strap can be a bit fiddly to start with until you get used to it.

My 91 year old mother has had a device for 4 years. When she collapsed in her bathroom it failed to work. She was by herself for over an hour when by chance a neighbour called in and found her in a very distressed state. The suresafe go device was fully charged but was not connecting. As it was Saturday we had to wait until Monday to talk to suresafe. They confirmed the device was faulty, but refused to accept any blame as their reply is always "it's up to you to test it" They sent a replacement device, unfortunately this was defective as the charger was not working. I managed to get a separate charger working via the USB port, but this took over an hour to work out. The replacement device was not sent with any instructions, and suresafe failed to contact us to check it was OK (which it wasn't). The lights on the device worked differently to the previous device. Had I not worked this out my mother would have been without an SOS alarm again as it would have run out of charge. Suresafe say they have no way of checking if a device is working. Which seems crazy to me. My mother has paid over £900 to suresafe, in her hour of need they failed her. Replacement device came with a faulty charger - When I called customer support they told me the device was working when it was posted. But the charger was a very poor low grade product - and I think the charger itself had not been test before it was dispatched. It arrived without instructions which was a problem as various functions were different to the old device.
