Ordered product on the site that said it was "In Stock" and ready to ship within 1-3 days. When receipt was received it said there was now an 8 day lead time. I never received tracking information after the 8 business days, and when I called customer service, after 15 minutes on hold, they said it would be shipped out the next day. Still no tracking information was received so I called customer service again. I spoke with a Deanne who was very rude and said the order would not be shipped for another 7 days, and just kept asking me to cancel the order if I wasn't happy and hung up on me. The company's website is not accurate, there is no communication via email or phone about delays or trying to resolve the issues, customer service is rude and provides false information, and they say they don't keep notes when you call in either so they can supposedly never see who you spoke to and if there were any prior conversations about issues on the orders. Even worse, as of today the website says they have the same item "In Stock" and "Ready to Ship within 5-7 days" from their warehouse, yet my order won't be shipped for another 7 days and has to come from the manufacturer? How does that make sense? They are a bait and switch company and provide false information. I will never use this company again and am warning everyone else of the same.

Terrible return policy. The item didn’t fit so I needed to return. The return policy requires double boxing and I had to pay for shipping. Nearly $100 in shipping and boxes to return the item.

Ordered a bunch of parts from Plumber Stock. The first couple pieces were delivered after about 6 weeks and they were both defective. Several more parts were delivered a few weeks later, and half of them were defective. I canceled the remaining items because they still had not been shipped after 90 days. Also, contacting Plumber Stock can be difficult and they rarely seem to answer their phone during business hours. I ordered my remaining parts from other vendors and received everything in about a week.

Fraudulent company. I work for a state agency and purchased a brass valve. I received no updates on shipping, had to call their customer service for updates. I did end up receiving the valve, but also soon after placing the order had multiple fraudulent charges on my state purchase card as well as having been signed up for HUNDREDS, and I mean HUNDREDS of various newsletters from random companies from multiple countries. This purchase was made in August of 2020, I am STILL blocking and unsubscribing from all of the spam emails. I will never purchase from this site again and everyone should be cautious in doing so.

Customer service sucks!!! Have sent 2 text messages and one email with no response with a order I placed on 12/23/2020. Was informed that it would be a 16 day lead time for the order to be fulfilled I was ok with that but here we are 26 days later and I cannot get any answers. If you cannot fulfill order don't take it. They will probably blame it on Covid 19.

I ordered the part for my toilet and it said it would arrive in 2 weeks. I received it exactly 2 weeks later. Because I paid through Paypal and did not receive an email directly from Plumberstock and it was my first time ordering I was a bit nervous, so I did email them at day 9 and they emailed me a tracking number to track my order. I'd received it the same day. Thank you!

I am doing something I almost never do – I am writing to voice my UTTER DISGUST. I ordered toilets over 6 weeks ago for one of our very influential clients. I was told they would be 2-3 weeks. I called the company every week for the past 3 weeks and emailed the company to see where they were and to check on my delivery since the 3 weeks had elapsed and no toilets. Last week all of a sudden I see a REFUND to my credit card for the full amount. I called and was told they “tried” to email me to say they didn’t charge me the shipping fees on the order of $150 and since I didn’t respond the order was cancelled – just like that. I had to call the architect and explain that the company just cancelled on me without even so much as a courtesy call after I waited 6 weeks for this. how professionally embarrassing for our company. Now I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 4-6 weeks to get them from somewhere else. all the customer service guy kept saying is we emailed you its not our fault you didn’t see it maybe its in your spam (checked and it was NOT) my client has NO toilet in her master bathrooms for over 2 months now. First of all they lied about the lead time on the site it was NOT 2-3 weeks they are 4-6 weeks. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

Waited 31 days per order, called them and they said another 2 weeks. Ordered from Amazon and the item showed up in 8 DAYS. Should have seen this site before ordering because I seem to be just another in a long list of discused former customers.

Absolutely useless. As others here have indicated, you wait and wait and wait, with no communication from them whatsoever. After a month+, they sent me an email asking yes or no, did I receive my product(apparently they have no system of tracking). If not, call them in 24-48 hours. Since it was the weekend I waited until today(Tuesday), and the young person on the phone tells me that they are still waiting for the manufacturer (located in the Chicago area -where I live)to send it to them (in UTAH!), so they can send it to me, right back here in Chicagoland. Ridiculous! I asked if I could go directly to the manufacturer and give my order number and save all that time/hassle. He tells me "No, you can't do that." I asked to speak to his supervisor, and was told that she was in a "training meeting," and he didn't seem too willing to have her call me back. I told him to CANCEL the order, which he said he could do. I also said I STILL wanted a call-back from his supervisor, but I sincerely doubt if I'll get one. As previous reviewers here have said, if the price is too good to be true, there's a reason. Don't EVER waste your money with these scammers!!

My order was placed on 10/19 for an item described as shipping in 1-2 weeks. Over 4 weeks later and the valve trim has still not shipped. Feel free to order from this company for any projects you anticipate starting the next calendar year, but look elsewhere for any items you will need within 2 months.

Buyer Beware. In March of 2020 we moved into a brand new home. Unfortunately the water here is quite hard. A friend recommended the B-Max Pro Series Scaleblaster. We had absolutely NO improvement. We were encouraged to give it a few months and trust it was working. Well, it still doesn't work and massive buildup in our pipes. And, now it's past it's 30-day guarantee, so no refund. Would NOT recommend this product or company. Waste of $600!

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They say they accept all major credit cards but when you order with a valid card they send you an email six hours later and say your order has been cancelled due to it being a fraudulent purchase. When you call they will tell you to use PayPal or do a wire transfer with a check. Shady business practices. Always remember if the price seems to good to be true there is a reason for it. Liars, and scammers. Will take your money and never send you anything or send wrong stuff. THEY WILL GET YOUR CASH SO YOU CANNOT DISPUTE DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS WITH YOUR BANK.

Ordered a product with expected delivery within a week. When it did not arrive, asked them to cancel the shipment, as it has not left their possession. Over a week later it arrived. Checked the product and it was the wrong one. Feels like 1990's seller.

Ad said 16 bulbs per case ordered a case received 1 bulb. They won't answer emails requested a refund or the rest of the order. Forge them. The positive reviews cant be real this place is horrible. Don't buy from them spread the word they are no good.

I ordered an HVAC capacitor for my personal home unit. Initially, I saw some charges from plumberstock.com for a $1 which were later refunded. This was highly unusual for me as I have not seen any reputable company charge my credit card this way. I received an email that my order was placed. We are now over 30 days out and still have not received any communication of my items being shipped. They also have not answered multiple emails. I noticed they did indeed charge my card. I logged on to my account via their website and have nothing under purchase history. I like to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. But this kind of service is just bad business.

Horrible fulfillment, ordered with 3 day shipping which took a week--no refund or apology, just an FU and deal with it!! Dont order from these losers!! Pay more somewhere else that actually does what they say

Tried to order a fairly expensive bath accessory from the site. When I hit the "Order" button, it took a very long time to come back and then I got a server time out error. So, I decided not to place the order; things felt too fishy. Shortly there after, multiple fraudulent charges showed up on my card. I can't say definitely that Plumbers Stock was the source, but this was the first time I used Plumbers Stock, haven't been anywhere recently (big surprise), and haven't placed any orders online with a previously "new to me" vendors, so I can't think what else it could be! Order at your own risk.

Bought a toilet seat from them. Made a mistake on sizing. Asked for Return. Order # D063D748. Company would not pay for return shipping. Initial ship cost to me was $10. Unable to return it as shipping cost was $37 at US Postal. Thanks for helping me out!...Do not recommend.
