Terrible. This HAS to be a scam. I ordered a replacement kitchen sink faucet head. It said it was in stock. Over 5 weeks later, the thing didn't even ship. I am scared that they have my credit card information. Do not horse around with this "company".

Waited 6 weeks on a order and called to ask about it and they said 2 more weeks. After reading other reviews I just canceled the order. If you do try to contact them call, they don’t respond to messages.

plumbersstock.com is a joke...a bad joke. My first order of three faucets took way too long to arrive. However, I decided to give them another try since they had the best price on another item. Also, the system showed this item in stock in a warehouse in a neighboring state. I thought this will allow me to receive this item in a timely manner....WRONG! My order is still pending, so I emailed customer service about this order. They told me that "It looks like there was a glitch with this order and it never arrived into our system. I am very sorry but you will have to place this order again." This is despite the fact that I received an order confirmation email and the order (with an assigned order number) appears in my account. They are right about one thing: I will have to place another order...but with a DIFFERENT company. Avoid plumbersstock unless you like horrible service.

Please do not waste your time and beware !! We ordered a faucet for next day delivery, and paid the $53 dollars for next day delivery. It was never shipped, we called and their systems were down which I understand happens but the customer service person was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I called back to confirm and I received no other confirmation besides they will email me. Not too long after I received an email that our order was cancelled! Never again will we purchase from Plumber Stock!

I purchased tankless water heaters from these people twice and I am very happy with the efficiency of both the products. Nice packaging and prompt delivery. Really nice services at such a reasonable pricing.

Zero credibility. A steam room operation. Placed order in August called twice and was promised delivery. Then 6 weeks later, an email saying product is "discontinued" with no replacement. "For the inconvience, we are cancelling the order with no charge to you". Now worried about my credit card number and order info - where is it? what is plumberstock doing with it? I think I will have to cancel that card for safety.

I was interested in a product they had posted through one of their companies "plumberstock" on amazon. I had questions about the product and they referred me to the manufacturer of the product who they purchased it from originally. I called that company and they had no idea who Plumberstock was and had never sold products to them. I have repeatedly reached out to this company about their fraudulent post of an AMP generator and just get the runaround and completely ignored. Be leery of Plumberstock and GoGreen!!

BUYER BEWARE******* Read the reviews and head the warning - purchased item, ZERO communication, I finally had to get Paypal involved. The item is not in stock and there is no delivery timing... I now have to FIGHT to get my money back. Buyers - considers yourselves warned, proceed at your risk.

I ordered $1300 worth of Delta faucets from these people. I ordered 6 items that were all polished brass. No chrome, no brushed nickel, no antique bronze, ALL polished brass. In ten days I called and asked where my order was, I got NO emails> nothing from these morons showing that the stuff was even ordered. They said it would arrive next week. The next week went by and I got nothing. I called again on Friday and they said it was shipped.The following week on Tuesday it came(been 3 weeks now) and I started looking at the items. I was opening the boxes and I see one of the items are chrome a Roman tub trim. The handles for the tub valve were POLISHED BRASS, so why in the hell would I want CHROME tub trim? I call the company up and they pretty much said screw you! They said it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get the brass trim and I would have to pay the difference. I am a plumber and I was to install these items the week before they came so I could not wait 2 or 3 more weeks. They said I could get the items in 3 days, but I would have to pay almost $400 to do that, and it was their mistake. If anyone has the president of this company's phone number I would like it. If you would like to WAIT forever for your order, NOT get what you order, and get NO satisfaction if THEY send it wrong call these $#*!s up> they can help you.

I've had 3 orders cancelled due to "fraud detection". This has wasted a week and a half of my time. I see others have had this issue with Plumber Stock as well. I will not waste my time with them again.

I get all my Toto products from Plumbersstock. I have purchased a few toilets, a washlet and most recently Vessel Lav from Plumbers Stock. Their price is always great and I can’t believe they can ship these products across the country without them breaking. Great job guys! 5 stars.

We wanted to upgrade our sprinkler rotors so we went with the Rainbird Falcon Part Circles from these guys. They were the best price I could find and the best part about the sprinkler is that it’s adjustable and can be easily installed without the use of any special tools. I ordered an expensive bathtub faucet from Plumbers Stock. It arrived late & not packaged well. It was received too late to use for my bathroom remodel (I had to rush out & buy a replacement). I didn’t even take it out if the box. I called Plumbers Stock & requested an RMA & I paid to ship it back. I got an email today stating that there were scratches in the faucet & per their policy, they cannot provide a refund. They asked me if I want the product back...I didn’t even take it out if the box. They shipped it late & poorly packaged. I will never do business with them again. I’ve ordered & returned several items during this remodel & this is the only company that I’ve had an issue with. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great offered price, but could not fulfill. Supposed to be 4-5 weeks to ship. Thankfully I called to check after several weeks, because the item is actually on back order for 2 more months. Never communicated to let me know. In today's world of strong ecommerce providers, Plumbers Stock fails on several levels.
