I bought a few items. The order was divide by them in two shipments (2 orders). Send me 84 cents part and charge me 6.50 for shipping and the rest of the order 2 months later never shows up. After two months waiting I cancel the order. Go to Homedepot or Lowes it will cheaper than buy from this company. Its a scam

t the time of order, they advised a 16 DAY LEAD TIME. Ok, its covid related, I thought. The tracking number would not work. After three emails at days 17&18, they advised it was shipped. A package arrived on DAY 25. It was wrong item. Turns out, they have nothing in inventory and order from the manufacturer. This is why it takes so long. I cancelled and got refunded. As a professional, I just can't support this kind of business.

Five stars for price, one star on execution. They get three stars because they do have, arguably, the best price on fixtures, sometimes by more than $100. That said, if you order from them, be prepared for delays. Part of our order came right away, like crazy fast. The other parts were significantly delayed (the parts that were supposed to be shipping faster, actually!) and repeated demands for an expected ship date or tracking number were ignored (they responded at least three times over the course of a week but did not give the requested information in any of the replies) until we finally just canceled the rest of the order. One of the items we did receive was the wrong part entirely. They did provide a shipping label for that to go back and offered an apology, but no explanation as to why the product was in the wrong box.

Nice company. I ordered a spray toilet from them and my guests love it. I had searched all over the place for the best toilet with the best features and these guys had it at the best price. The transaction was smooth and everything arrived as expected. I may need to get a longer toilet soon and I know this is where I’ll be going to get it.

I've tried a variety of online plumbing supply companies and most have failed to impress me like Amazon did prior to their COVID problems. However, I've now had 3 orders with Plumber Stock and I was happy with them all. 2 orders said they were in stock and the product shipped the same day and arrived in 2 days. One of my orders was for a faucet part that I couldn't find anywhere else and plumbers stock said it was a pre-order. I called them to make sure it was actually available. The lady I spoke to, I don't remember her name but she had a Latino accent. She was very helpful. She called the manufacture while I was on the phone and verified that the part was available and helped me place my order. About a week or so later the part arrived exactly as expected. This sort of service and reliability is hard to find in the Plumbing Industry. Good Work Plumbers Stock!!!

I ordered two moen products with an 8 day lead time. This company charged my credit card immediately and a month later it still hasn’t shipped. There is a reason why their reviews are low. They bait you in with a good price but they don’t deliver. Buyer beware. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the CHARGE and my project is now a month behind

Absolutely terrible. Missed dates 4 times. Customer service, which is email only, is either not responsive or answers a 3 sentence explanation with "What's your issue?"

I ordered a bidet and the site said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Three months later still nothing.

The worst experience I ever had purchasing anything. They took my order for Toto toilets in January, charged credit card in April and did nto delvier until now. When I called them I was on hold for an hour and representative demanded more money than originally quoted and threatened to cancel the ortder if I do not agree. take your busienss elsewhere, stay away form them.

It has been a nightmare dealing with this so called company. Placed order MAY 2, should have gotten the product at the latest May 28. Emailed them and they said it was some other manufacturers error and said it would be derby June 10th, it is now June 17th and still no delivery or communication from them. This place is a joke!

If I could choose no stars, I would. I purchased Duravent pipe on May 21,2020. The website said ships in 1-3 days. I paid through PayPal and I received confirmation that the merchant was payed immediately, as I received an email confirmation from PayPal. I have not received any confirmation from Plumbers Stock with shipping or tracking info. I have sent numerous emails, and I have had no response. The website has taken down their phone number due to covid, but they say customer support is available through live chat and email!! Neither option has worked. I map quested the address found at the bottom of their page and was able to get a phone number. When I called, the recipient said he was at corporate and put me through to another extension that just rang and rang. I called the number back and no one picked up! I am trying to run a business in these difficult times and the lack of communication with this unprofessional company is maddening. I don’t know how they are still conducting business? My next step is a complaint to the BBB. It’s to bad people only find all of these negative reviews after having a problem. I did business with them in 2014 and in 2017 with no issues.... PlumbersStock is a customer service nightmare. The product was not satisfactory and MY cost of return is $60! (Shipping $40 plus their overly stringent packing requirements $20+) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Items showed in stock and ready to ship 1-3 days. Order was changed after order was placed to show 2 weeks from manufacture. Company refused to acknowledge that it was changed and they claimed I ordered it that way. Never once did they want to apologize for their inaccurate information. Their website still shows the same information and will not likely change.

Ordered stands on March 2, now it’s April 16!!! Nothing! No replies, no feedback. Extremely horrible service. No customer service! Do not buy from them!

Ordered a faucet on March 10th ......... this is March 25..... I'm still waiting. They claimed a lead time of 7 days. March 24 I went to their website, I sent a email to them, no response. They claimed their office was closed due to the pandemic. Today the email and phone links were disabled I called today using the number off this site and it worked, so apparently they're not closed , the new ship date is March 30th. Will I ever get the faucet, I don't know.

Awful! I am very disappointed in my purchase and lack of customer service. 1) I purchased an $1500 item. It arrived very late - in almost 4 or 5 weeks! 2) There was an issue with their item. They only give you 30 day window (HENSE, it took 30days to get to me!!!) They would not take or replace the item. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS.

I couldn't be more frustrated right now, Building a House and Ordered all the Toilets from this company. I ORDERED them beginning of JANUARY, It is now MARCH?? I hear nothing and when I contact them they keep saying they will send me the tracking number when shipped. Seriously when I ordered these I never thought I would have to wait over 3 months. Still haven't recieved my order. YUP SOMETIMES THINGS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... BEWARE

I recently ordered a faucet for my bathroom and wanted to match the faucet color on my tub. I got stressed that the color wasn't going to match since it's a bronzish-gold color. I ended up calling their support line and chatted with someone. They took the time to have me send them a pic of my faucet and confirmed my faucet was bronze, not gold. I just got my faucet and it looks great! I make my tub faucet look old now, but at least it's the same color.

Buyer beware! They actually do not have anything in stock and this is a third-party service that when you order from them they order it directly from the company that’s how they make money on this and are able to sell things cheap they get it out in very good price . the problem is that you will wait and I mean you will wait! It’s not week or two weeks but you would think that the product is coming from Australia itself if you’re have all the patients in the world then do go through them but if not it’s better to pay A little more money and get it a lot sooner this is probably the longest wait I’ve ever had even China shipping is a lot faster than this. Buyer beware be ready to wait a good long time for your product.
