I just received my order last night. It was for bathroom fixtures for the tub/shower and sink. Everything was well packaged and came from the manufacturer, but 3 of the parts finish was damaged (matte black). I emailed them this am and spoke to customer service. They were on point and before I got off the phone, I received an email regarding the new parts being sent out. They contacted the manufacturer while I was on the phone and I also received an email from the manufacturer confirming the shipment for the damaged items. Customer service was very helpful and fast to get this matter taken care of. Their prices beat everywhere else. Shipping times are long, but they state that when you order and they kept me updated regarding my order status. Would shop with them again

Placed a $6K order online. Next day, an email said their "Fraud Detection" canceled my order. Called & was told PlumberStock uses a 3rd party co. that kicks out "suspicious" orders. Asked if they could verify me or override so I could place the order (this had nothing to do w/ my cc). Said they can't override the 3rd party, but I could wire-transfer money, use paypal, or send a check. THATs WHAT SCAMMERS USE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY (paypal was hacked in 2017). Spoke to a "manager" about turning away a $6K order was not good business practice; she had no response and her voice did not seem to care about me or the company she works for. Not sure what other's experience but I will NEVER use them & definitely NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Took almost 5 weeks for the part to arrive and then it was the WRONG part. A lengthy call to customer service later, they promised the new part would ship right out (GROUND -- not expedited). It did, but due to a "technical glitch" it never made it to us and was returned to sender! Another lengthy phone call where I requested/demanded they overnight the part and was told, point blank, that they could not do that. When I asked how long it would take, was told the tracking number would be emailed to me when it was released ... in 2 days! The proper part finally arrive 7 days from that 2nd customer service call. So, lots of insincere apologies but no making good on all these hassles. Final delivery time for correct part?: 6.5 weeks, about 2.5 hours on the phone and all I was refunded was my original $8 shipping! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I feel like PlumbersStock is a perfect example of quality over quantity. You can get most of the things they’re selling at Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. However, they have a larger selection and better prices for majority of their similar supplies. PlumbersStock is the more quality option here.

The price for the faucet I purchased was great; however, I received the box with lose parts everywhere. Nothing was secured in there and the wrapping that covers and protects the actual faucet was halfway off so it was being dinged the entire trip; it also arrived dirty and very oily! Plumbers Stock did send a label to return it after I sent pictures and are sending a new one...but not for 3 weeks! Hoping new one arrives in much better and brand new condition and wish Plumbers Stock would have provided some customer service or an additional remedy for this such as free shipping or expedited delivery!

I purchased an expensive toilet from Plumber's Stock on line. Their customer service immediately contacted me to answer any questions I might have. We held an online chat and all of my questions were answered honestly and diligently. The order was placed and 4 weeks later, my new toilet arrived. Plumber's Stock told me it would take up to 4 weeks to receive the toilet. This company went out of their way to repack the toilet wrapping it in thick plastic sheet and then putting a foaming agent all around the toilet to fill the box completely. That toilet could be dropped from a 2 story building an nothing would happen to it the way they took care to encase it in foam. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Plumber's Stock was 100% true to the transaction. Their Customer Service was tops and constantly in touch with me to assure I was satisfied throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again.
