United States | 06 June 2018Ordered a Woodfords frost free hydrant. Got the base, not the hydrant. Waiting for the snow to clear before installation, did not realize the item was to be shipped in 2 boxes. Tracking from fedex showed one only. Called customer support and since I was beyond 30 days from when the item was shipped, they would not help me. Paid 500 dollars for a base, totally unacceptable. Never do business with this company again.

United States | 01 June 2018Ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet from Plumbers Stock. They sent an email saying it would take about 2 weeks to receive item. Called them after 16 days to check on status. They said it would arrive at their place during first week of 6/2018 and would be ready to ship to me soon thereafter. Arrival at my home would be the 2nd week of June. My husband also happened to call the same day I did and he received an email that night saying it was backordered to July 8th!! Two weeks turned into 6 weeks! Unacceptable to say the least. Not to mention that we were both given two different stories as to when the faucet would arrive. Canceled order and placed order with Amazon. Received faucet in two day! Lots of bad reviews for Plumbers Stock. Pay attention to them before you order! Never again!

United States | 27 February 2018I ordered a pump switch the first November 2017, there was no lead time posted on the website. i checked after ordering about an eta. First they emailed me with a 12-26-17 date, then i re-asked in January 2018, the response i received was end of February, then they came back with 2-23-18. i asked again today on 2-26-18 and they came back with beginning of April. i finally had to cancel my order. A 5 month wait for a pump switch is just sad. i truly believe that were doing the best they could and that's what is the saddest part of all of this. If you choose to order and they can't get you the part within 30 days (assuming no lead time is posted) i would immediately cancel the order and do something else. This was the worst experience I've had with any plumbing supply company.

United States | 02 February 2018This company is very weird, I have placed the order and ship it to my FL condo which is different from my CC issuing address - they told me - the order was cancelled due to fraud protection, after I sent them all my business email, contact phone # even LinkedIn info, then I had my friend to order online with his account, his email, his address - then it is still cancelled, and the reason the lady told us was just pure strange and stupid, how can they do any business?

United States | 01 February 2018If I could give them zero stars I would. Our toilet was delivered broken and they refused to refund or exchange because we didn't call them fast enough. We left it in the box when it was dropped shipped because we were in the middle of a remodel and didn't open it right away. However, broken is broken and unusable regardless of whether it's 1 day or 31 days. Horrible customer service. They completely ripped us off. Buyer beware!!!

The second time I waited two weeks and they told me that they did not forget about me, it just sounded like a mockery. The second time I order on this site, and the second time the same. They took money on 12/19/2017, and remembered only 01/02/2018. It's not like a good service. I strongly recommend not to order on this site.

United States | 28 December 2017Ordered a faucet part early on a Thursday and was told the items was shipping out later that day so expected the item to come in by early to mid following week via standard shipping. When inquiring on its status the following Wednesday (6 days later), they (by email) simply said sorry and that it was shipping out later that day and that my card would than be charged. Fortunately found the part kit nearly an hours drive from me but still rendered the house without water for a week. Though they had the best online price, it was/is not worth the hassle if this is how they treat their customers. I inquired if they could ship out the item priority which should only run a couple dollars more than their standard rate but all they offered was expedited service at $32 (higher than the kit itself). In my opinion they should have accommodated my inconvenience and shipped it out promptly and save a customer but instead chose a lower path.

United States | 19 December 2017Waited over a month for a kohler faucet. When it arrived i noticed the kohler sticker had been opened and resealed with masking tape. The faucet had tool marks on the trim like someone messed it up and put it back in the box. Customer service phone number is a robot that makes you wait on hold for 10 min then sends you to a voice mail. Still waiting on an email or something back

Well, from what I’ve currently bought from them, I’ve gotten 2 years(still ongoing) out of most of the plumbing materials I’ve bought and they are still functioning. I’ve already made my money back in durability and quality. I highly recommend Plumbersstock.
