2 weeks after my order I gave up and asked for a refund. They told me 5 days for a refund and that a manager had to approve it. They never shipped my item so I'm not sure why an approval from upper management was required. This company has proven to me that there are still places out there that believe they can treat their customers however they want. I thought I was saving $5 on this item over the lowest ebay seller but now I wished I'd just paid the extra $5 since I'm going to have to do that anyway and 3 weeks later. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company even if they are the lowest priced.

I ordered a few parts and they all arrived within a week. I wasn’t in a rush for them, so the time frame was fine. I even ordered them a few weeks early, just to account for late shipments. There was apparently no need to, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Thanks PlumbersStock.

Poor customer service! Ordered a curb valve and I got a shipping notice and FedEx tracking number. Never received the merchandise! Contacted their customer support several times and they stated it was on the way. After three weeks I requested a refund since I had not received the part. Their reply was that when they received the part back they would refund my money. WHATT??????? How could I return a part I never received? I stated the fact that they did not have a good tracking number and could not show I received part. I went to local FedEx office with tracking number and they said it was a US post office tracking number not theirs. Took matter to my bank which refunded the full purchase part. Finally went to local post office with supplied tracking number (5 weeks after it shipped to me). They found the package somewhere in their system and I asked that it be returned to shipper. Why would they ask me to track the package when they shipped it??

Order of a cast iron enameled sink took 3 weeks and arrived with enamel completely banged up and falling off. Poorly packaged. Although they have it in stock in some of their warehouses, they told us it would be up to 3 more weeks for a replacement. We ordered from Amazon prime instead and asked for a refund.

Plumbersstock had great prices and a superior customer service approach that has definitely won me over. They have been nothing but transparent and dependable. I received my supplies 5-7 days after my order was placed. Highly recommend.

Great products that were delivered quickly and effortlessly. I made the right decision in coming to Plumbersstock. Everything displayed on their website was transparent and legitimate. If you're looking for toilets or anything pertaining to plumbing, they have it in many different styles and options.

I placed an order for a Toto elongated toilet for a total of $417.11. They shipped a round bowl toilet. Based on their return policy, I had to place a new order for the correct toilet at a higher price and they would only refund the original price. I am out of pocket $50 in addition to having to repack and haul the incorrect shipment back to FedEx. They would not even pay for a FedEx pick up of the wrong toilet that they shipped.

My husband ordered a few things from their website and they proved to be communicative and reliable. Our deliveries showed up on time and they were in good condition. Money well spent!

I placed an order with Plumbersstock and was told it would arrive 5 days later. It ended up arriving in only 4 days. When I opened my front door I saw something there and was surprised to see it was already the item from Plumbersstock. Overall, the transition was smooth and the product is fully functional. I highly recommend them!

From what I could visibly see on their website, they were transparent. They listed their products accurately, listed the info for each individual product and its functions, and provided affordable pricing. They also provided the soonest available ship date and if any of the particular products are currently in stock. From that first impression of their site, I was confident in placing my order. The product I ordered arrived 1 business day ahead of schedule(3 business days) and was packaged neatly, while being completely intact. I recommend them because you seem to get what you pay for in a timely manner.

Don't use PlumbersStock.com unless you absolutely have to. Order did not leave their warehouse until 48hrs after I placed it (they state it should only take up to 24hrs to process) . Item arrived banged up, in original box with no other packaging protecting its contents. Hopefully, it works. Also, customer service is very difficult to get a hold of by phone.

Order was processed and eventually delivered but never received any information on the status of the order. Emailed them when it hadn't been received at the latest possible delivery date and they said, oh, it has shipped, here is the tracking number. Needs better communications and proper setting of expectations.
