we love the shower head. The presser is outstanding. the thing that take away from it for me it the price. i wish it wasn’t so expensive. i’d love to get another one but can’t afford too.

I really like my new shower experience! One thing I really noticed is it cleared up my itchy scalp! It took 2 showers and it’s gone! Wow!

I haven't received my order ( order 53268 )yet. It's been over 2 weeks. I haven't heard nor received any response from you about my order. If I don't receive my order. Or hear from about my order #53268. By next week.I will request a full refund.

Initially when I received the shower head, based on the way it had been advertised, I was supposed to receive the shower head along with the universal adapter. When that didn't happen, I reached out and requested a refund based on what I didn't receive. Shower Envy got back to me quickly. The representative took accountability, apologized and offered to send to me the adapter along with the extra long hose attachment. I received them yesterday, and within a few minutes, I had the shower head assembly connected and ready to go. The professional service combined with the ease of use of the product left me very impressed. So far, the shower head performs exactly as advertised. I think it's one of the best shower heads I've used and am glad I didn't opt for a refund.

The customer service team responds in a timely manner. The mantra of the company is refreshing. Keep up the good work!

I do not trust this company and they have billed me 3 separate times on CC. Then they tried a 4th and it was suddenly canceled. I have received 1 shower head and hose with connector and some lifetime warranty $197 and no explanation for it. Go on Amazon same shower head less the price and no headache

YOU PAY AND NEVER GET THE ITEMS. They will email you for months telling you its been shipped but they don't have a shipping number yet?? wait and wait.. Call customer care leave a MESSAGE THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK..SCAM!!!

My water is full of iron, rust and other stuff, it literally has my skin inflamed itchy and dry..hair as well. For the first time since I moved in here, I am not having skin issues due to this amazing product. All I can really say is, you will not regret this purchase. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!🙏☮

First off, make sure you also order the attachment hose and mount before you order the showerhead. Lots of people make this mistake (I almost did). Secondly, maybe just don't order from them at all. They have the most scammy subscription service in all of Scamville. There's a box you can check/uncheck that asks if you want to subscribe to a product service for US $38/mo. I unchecked said box, and went on to pay for the showerhead. AGAIN this popup window comes up, with the opt-in box prechecked. Once again, I uncheck the box. So, here's the deal, and this is how slimy this company is. They don't charge you for a month (with the subscription), and then they start your subscription and list it as 'Eco Spa', not Shower Envy. They also don't send you anything with this subscription unless you pay the S/H upfront. I'd imagine if you started getting monthly packages from them, you'd wonder why and eventually cancel. So, after 60 days, you start subscribing to a service that doesn't send you anything and charges your credit card $38/mo under a completely different name. I hadn't caught it until their 3rd charge out, and I'm sure that's what they want. They just literally made 4 times their profit by forcing me into their subscription service where I received nothing. Such. A. Scam.

The ShowerEnvy looks great, the material is plastic but it works perfectly. Easy to install, looks amazing and the shower itself is undescribable. I've never been to a spa but I'm guessing it feels like this.

Have not received my purchase order I paid for in the 29th October, I have sent numerous emails and messages to the company have not had a response from them,they took my money and I have nothing to show for it.

This company sent only the showerhead although it showed all the attachments in the picture like it was a bundle. Disappointed but not too upset. But they continued taking money from my credit card. Monthly!!! I tried calling the number which on my statement was under ecolabs so no idea it was showerenvy. You call the number and you are put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call drops or you are told to leave a voicemail. No one ever returns your call. I had to have my credit card concelled to stop the charges. All said and done my $39 shower head cost about $150 before i caught on.

It works like magic husband n I love it so much we bought a second one, first one was accidentally dropped but now we know thank you awesome

Easy to install and glorious water Pressure and stream. Love it!

This product is truly awesome! My water pressure increased, and my skin feels so much better. Can you create a product that attaches to the bathroom sink?

I was very skeptical at first because a lot of these showers just came out on Social Media. We have hard water ( because we don’t have the fancy softener and high tech water system installed in our house). I just need a quick relief from the skin and hair dryness and itching brought about by showering with hard water and chlorine. Voila it’s just been a week and my hair looks better and my skin feels a lot better. I am not paid to write this review but this shower envy really helped. It might be a temporary fix but it took my hair dryness and skin itching in a short time. I am willing to buy the extra beads I need till I save more for a better water treatment system for my house. Will still keep my shower envy as it gives good water pressure and feels like I have a mini spa experience in my humble bathroom!

Does not fit my shower head

Well, it wasn't a perfect 5 stars because of the considerably low water pressure. It also has 2 small holes, one on each side, that spray "away" from the direction of the rest of the water. Aside from that, it was the most relaxing shower I've taken in years, and for that, I thank you! Do look forward to more of that.

We purchased the shower filters. It was very easy to install and arrived quickly. To early to tell how well it's working.
