Very easy to use and delivered on the correct day

Just received a surprise hamper. An unexpected present is always lovely but the Hamper itself was an added bonus. Such a thoughtfully put together selection which I will enjoy sharing with a friend. The clotted cream fudge hasn't survived that long. Thank you.

Absolutely exemplary service from Stephen Enevoldsen. We ordered a hamper for an associate as a thank you and unfortunately they were out for two delivery attempts. Stephen got straight in touch to advise this was the case and asked for an alternative address and was delivered the following day. Brilliant communication and painless service. Will be using again.

I have used Hampers.com a number of times now - and I have found their products high quality and good value. I my latest experience was marred by the courier service - who were late. However when I contacted Hampers customer service they immediately resolved the issue and sent out a replacement with a different courier which arrived the following day. Hence I am happy to award them 5 stars.

Very pleased with the hamper, ordered as a gift for a relative. Had an issue with delivery, due to the delivery company (no guesses) ignoring the request for delivery to a collection point, which resulted in non delivery in the first instance. However Steve at Hampers.com was extremely helpful in arranging redelivery, and was most apologetic for the issue. Will be using the company again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service with queries I raised regarding the hamper and its delivery. Good outcome when an issue was raised and which was resolved very quickly. Ordering a hamper for UK delivery from the other side of the world was made easy for me.
