I experienced a glitch on the website about the free delivery to a certain postcode, and that is when I met Steve. Not sure of his job title, but he was a total superstar! Sorted out my problem in no time and arranged next day delivery, all the while keeping me updated by email and eventually phone. My friends are over the moon with their hamper, and I am delighted with the service I have received. I can thoroughly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again. Steve, thank you so much for your help - it is much appreciated.

United Kingdom | 13 August 2024Leaked damaged order! Ordered a hamper with various cheeses, crisps and Prosecco etc in a wicker basket. One of the items was a glass jar of pickled onions. This had leaked all over the other produce and the wetness has rusted the chains that hold the lid on. I knew something was wrong when the cardboard box the hamper came in was sodden. This was a birthday gift. Poor EDIT - The team contacted me directly having done some research. They recognised all was bit well (probably an evri problem) and have refunded me without question. Sometimes things go wrong so it is important customer service is robust and on this occasion it very much was. Thank you

As a new customer I was very disappointed that the discount code given by hampers.com didn’t work for 20% off, and also disappointed that the recipient was also emailed re the delivery ruining the birthday surprise. He thought it was a scam. I think he liked the hamper though.

United Kingdom | 05 August 2024This company sells gift hampers. Gifts. For occasions. Those occasions happen on specific dates. I ordered in plenty of time, and paid for delivery on a specific date. Confirmation etc. Actually my work colleague’s birthday. He was going away the following day. I hear nothing at all until the early hours of the expected delivery date from Evri, possibly the UK’s worst courier (I know, stiff competition for that title from Yodel) chirpily announcing “we’ve got it” (presumably the parcel, but clearly not a clue). I thought, you’re supposed to be delivering it in a few hours! Then nothing on the expected delivery date. Nothing the day after. Now it will either be returned to sender or stolen from the doorstep. Thanks a bunch. Let me spell it out for hampers.com - if you promise to deliver on a specific date - KEEP YOUR PROMISE. You embarrass me with my colleague, create a lot of unnnecessary hassle and ruin the whole experience. Ditch Evri and get a professional courier. I don’t care about the cost - it just has to arrive on the date of the occcasion. Do you get it? Interflora can manage it, so it’s not beyond the wit of man. Perhaps a choice of courier at checkout? Or if you’re really not sure, a “please order 2 weeks in advance” on the website so I can have it delivered to me, then use a proper courier to forward it on. Terrible experience. Cannot be trusted. I will never be back. Reading below, it’s not really the fault of the company, and they do seem to be keen to do all they can to help out. It’s just a shame they’re hampered 😏 by a poor courier. A choice at checkout would probably solve the problem.
