The whole process from selecting a hamper to having it delivered was easy. the time taken from online order to gate was very quick and the hamper was well stocked.

The hamper was delivered on the date ordered and received by our friends. They were delighted with the contents and look forward to sampling the goodies.

The hamper in question was easy to order online and have delivered to the intended recipient, as it is a gift for Christmas, I can’t yet comment about their opinion of said hamper.

We used this company for our hampers in 2023 with no issues. Therefore we were more than happy to use the company again for this year's items. Unfortunately it has been a real mixed experience and all down to the courier that this company prefers to use. The actual products themselves are great and cannot fault them, but it is the delivery experience that leaves a sour taste. Out of three hampers, only one was delivered on time. One was carelessly handed over to a random occupant four doors down from the recipient because they couldn't be bothered to wait for my brother in law to answer the door. Luckily the "neighbour" was honest and brought it to the recipient. The other one is still waiting to be delivered. The first parcel turned up at the depot and then was "lost" - I'd wager it was stolen as not sure how you lose a big hamper. I got in touch with hampers.com who straightaway sent out another one, no questions asked. I was told it would be delivered the next day (Thursday 5th). It wasn't collected until Thursday by the same courier who'd lost it. It was out for delivery yesterday but then wasn't delivered. Roll on today where it is yet again outside of the delivery slot so goodness knows if it'll turn up. Not banking on it with the storm! Sadly not impressed with the delivery and unsure if we would be willing to order again given the subpar service on the recipient end. Update - The final hamper was delivered yesterday afternoon and in tact. Recipients happy with the items, so thank you to the team for getting the replacement out.

I ordered a £225 reduced to £180 in the Black Friday sale, I am not happy with the goods which are about £50 worth, I thought the bottle was Champagne NO it is Prosecco which is a disgrace, I have emailed them and they still haven't got back to me! You would think at least there would be Champagne in the basket. I am furious and I'm not letting this go, there is hardly anything in the basket!! I will give them a further 3 days to reply, they can come and take the hamper back, and refund my money as I am livid.

There was an issue with the delivery of the hamper I had ordered, no fault of hampers.com but the couriers. I rang and spoke to Steve in customer service and explained the situation, he immediately despatched a replacement hamper which arrived the next day. You really can judge a company by their customer service, I was so impressed I ordered 2 more hampers for Christmas gifts.
