Despite a minor incident where one of the hampers went missing with the courier, the team handled the situation so well. They replaced the missing hamper immediately and maintained constant communication throughout the process, so I was always in the loop. I would definitely shop with hampers.com again. I thought the range of hampers available was really good. I wanted a non-alcoholic gift for my mum and struggled to find a nice one elsewhere. Unfortunately, my perosnal notes on both parcels somehow got deleted with only part sentence left on multiple deliveries order. It may be an issue with the page that reset the notes while doing online payment. I can't believe the company has no quality check in place for what is being printed and packaged before sending parcels out. With this type of pricey hampers and a well known company, little care on orders is not a big ask. They printed thank you notes with half a sentence, anyone would have been able to see that error and could have contacted me to fix it. These were presents and have ended up with no name and a part finish note. I am very disappointed with the lack of care from staff fulfilling orders. The courier being used, a known unrelaible one, both parcels were late. I have had delivery of hampers in another country which cannot be even compared to the care put in and beautifully delivered by hand but not having a basic check before dispatch is terrible.

My friend in England had a milestone birthday coming and I live in Australia. With postage being so expensive from Australia to anywhere overseas I started googling 'hampers in England for delivery in England'. I found 2 websites but I liked your offerings and FAQ website page section better. I ordered in advance and crossed my fingers it would work. I added her birthday date for delivery and I was so satisfied when I woke up the next morning of her birthday (Australia is ahead in time) to receive photos and a video of her with her birthday box and all the goodies inside that she'd sent during the night. What made it even more special is she works, as a carer, remotely so the thank you video I received had her and the lady she is looking after wearing the biggest smiles when thanking me. They had no idea who was knocking on the door that day as the postman had already been. Thank you Hampers for helping me to make her milestone so special when she doesn't come from a large family. She made comment that the box was presented beautifully and the items inside were top quality brands. She's already sent me a photo of a bag of half eaten chocolates next day.
