I was looking to purchase a hamper for my Mum’s birthday and came across Hampers.com! They have an incredible selection of hampers for all occasions. I love how they display each item that’s included in the hamper with such detail so you know for sure what you’re paying for. I bought the Garden Tea Break Hamper and my Mum was absolutely delighted! I’m currently living overseas so I was a little worried about the delivery but it was delivered in great time and condition. The quality was also excellent from the photos she sent me. I’ll definitely be purchasing more as I see their Christmas hampers look great.

We live in Australia and sent a hamper to my brother in the UK for his 70th Birthday . The hamper arrived very promptly ,and we were updated of the progress of the journey until delivery . Unfortunately the jar of mustard was shattered and had spilled out I informed the company enclosing a photo of the broken jar . Very promptly I received a reply from Mohamed Degajuh ,who was very apologetic and informed us that they would send a replacement hamper to my brother . Having ordered two hampers for my son who lives away for his birthday - I decided to get him a fun one which was the The Aloha Cocktail Hamper and then a traditional one which was The Birthday Celebration Hamper. What’s not to like! Easy to order and brilliant delivery communication.

Excellent options to choose from and found a combination my wife loved. Delivery was on the expected date, but no one was home, and hamper was left around the side with a picture taken. I messaged saying hamper wasn't delivered and the pic was provided. As it wasn't our front door, I didn't recognise it (how embarrassing), and then their customer support arranged a replacement almost right away. Luckily one of my children recognised it and we cleared it all up. Thanks for the brilliant service.

Hampers dispatched the item 4 days prior to my preferred delivery date however the courier let them down. When I sent hampers an email regarding my parcel still wasn’t being delivered. Farwah acted promptly shortly after receiving the email with great professionalism and fantastic communication skills when trying to resolve the issue. Farwah dispatched a replacement immediately by using another courier and my friend received her beautiful gift within 24 hours and she was absolutely delighted with it. Farwah also refunded my delivery charge which I’m very appreciative for as most companies wouldn’t unless you ask. I can’t praise the company enough and the quality of the hamper they sent. I will definitely be ordering again and any gin lovers get ordering because you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again ☺️
