Tonight I receive an email saying thumper has been returned back to them and they want investigate. Absolute joke the whole experience

When I contacted hampers.com and told them my order had not been received, they looked into it immediately and my order was delivered a couple of hours later. A big thank you to the customer care agents, Chisom, Mohamed and Rafaela, as well as the management for sorting the issue so quickly. The hamper itself is perfect for my needs. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2024Order process was easy, however although order several hampers at the same time I received a sales order invoice for each individual Hamper, the office were very helpful in then sending me on request a VAT reciept with all the hampers on it, I had an issue with a non delivery which I was not informed of until it was back in their warehouse then being asked for a redelivery charge of £12 (the address issue was my fault) however the delivery company had set the president with another order advising failure after the 1st attempt offering to change address or leave it with a neighbour nothing was highlighted with this one. Until i receive e-mail after the fact I then spoke to a very unhelpful lady at Hampers.com who wasn't getting it and was not prepared to budge even though I had just spent over £1500. I then spoke to a very helpful lady called Thelma who completely got my point waivered the charge and rearranged the delivery to the correct address. Thank you.

Also would love the option to add items, when I first started using this site we could build our own Hamper which was great. However the choice is good and the recipient is always happy with their gift and delivery
