We ordered 4 hampers for our customer and 1 was delivered the next day. The others will be delivered today. We are very satisfied. Thanks!

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024It would be 5 stars, it just had a bit of a slow delivery, which is totally understandable just annoying as it was meant to arrive a couple days before it did, and it would’ve been useful to get it on the day it was meant come. But onto the good things, the quality is impeccable, and I love that on their websites 1 they offer lots of different variety’s and choices along with some wine champagne tea coffee etc, and 2 when I ordered there were very generous sales which I really appreciated!!

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024Hampers offer next day delivery but I ordered on 15 December and was given a delivery date of 18 December which then became 20 December due to problems with couriers. I then discovered that their courier only received my order on 18 December. If Amazon can provide a next day delivery even at this time of year how can Hampers take 5 working days? As a repeat customer I am very disappointed.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here! Hamper did not get sent to the recipients address as I had requested. Instead it got diverted to another collection point so obviously it was not even delivered on time. The recipients have not even had a chance to collect it due to their busy work schedules so now the hamper is still at the collection point 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered to their home address. I do not tend to leave bad reviews but this has really annoyed me! They have refunded me the cost of next day delivery but its not exactly useful when the hamper is still at the collection point!

I placed an order Friday afternoon in the US for delivery in UK, thinking that would be sufficient delivery lead time by weekend before Christmas. I then found out my son's family will be traveling from 12/19 for several days and won't be home to receive the delivery! I immediately contacted Hampers customer service by email inquiring about expedited shipping. Hampers not only responded right away but also assured me that they would expedite the shipment internally and make sure it will be delivered before Wed., 12/18, and I won't be charged anything for that! My son received the gift basket today, Tuesday, 12/17. I'm so happy that they received the goodies to enjoy before they embark on the short holiday trip! Thank you Hampers!

I ordered quite a number of them to different locations and the website was really easy to use. I have been extremely pleased with their product and when I queried a non delivery of one parcel (courier left it in wrong place by the look of it) Finley answered my email and dealt with my problem very efficiently, thank you. Will certainly use them again. Thank you
