trying for weeks now to get a survey a quote and to order no customer service at all no reply to emails no one turns up at agreed video and then after quote no responses to emails or call back requests so no option but to go else where shocking service or no service

Michael arrived on time, surveyed and checked the site was suitable, then got straight to work. Very professional, explaining each step and happy to answer any questions I had. Thoroughly tested the charger and demonstrated available features of the unit and phone app before ensuring site was tidied before he left. Would highly recommend.

Matthew Smith was our installer today, and he was fantastic! He kept me updated with his arrival time and he explained everything really well on the day. He was polite, helpful, and made a tricky install feel like a breeze. ChargedEV have also been great with communication and customer support were great every time I spoke to them. Highly recommend!

I called first thing to make a warranty appointment, and I was offered the option of a call back within a 4 hour period. Now 8 hours later - still no call back. It is patently obvious to me, that the company have over stretched themselves, and do not have the resources or capability to cover the warranties that they are supposed to cover! Even the manufacturer (indra) have advised that they have stopped using them! Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere

Exceptional service from Will with the installation of the charger and explained how everything should work. Had an issue with setting up the account so got in touch with customer care team and wasn't nice experience first hand which made me to stay on the line for 37 minutes .

Absolute minimal contact from this company since 08/01/25, did the survey and no answer at all , rang on numerous occasions to be told I was top of the list. Contacted Tusker that I lease the vehicle through and still no contact. They arranged a video survey for 27/02/25 at 1100, didn't show, rang them to be told that guys previous appointment over ran and that he would be in touch, now a day later and still nothing.

I had an Indra Smart Pro installed by Charged EV in 2019. This is now cracked at the back and coming off the wall after general use. I contacted charged ev to tell them about the issue, completely understanding it would no longer be in warranty but asking for a price for an out of warranty repair. They advised me to simply go somewhere else. No idea who to approach at this point becuse they installed it?? They literally do not want to know. Please keep in mind that once your product with them is out of warranty they will simply advise you to go away if there’s problems. To quote: “The unit and installation are out of warranty so the works can be done by any 3rd party. We would suggest finding someone local who can check this and secure the unit.”

Alex just got on with the job, as it wasn't an easy installation, we could see he was as happy as us to have accomplished this job. Brilliant service.

A little bit of confusion over our installation date but installation was great. Mark is the gentleman who installed our EV charger, very efficient and helpful. He went over and above working extremely hard, all on his own.
