Rhys dealt with our recent purchase of a CR-V. Everything was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Despite Rhys being a Liverpool FC supporter we would recommend him to anyone wishing to possibly purchase a Honda. As to the car- very impressed although we are still trying to work out what some of the controls are, just found a coffee cup indicator which relates to driver attentiveness. Also a mention to the gentleman in the service department who assisted with an issue with our previous vehicle.

Once again I was greeted by a courteous and helpful salesman , Rhys . He helped us with our previous car and has always been helpful if I have had any queries. I like the personal touch to myself & husband. The new HRV is as good ,if not better than our previous HRV. The brakes are much smoother than the previous model which had always been a bit sharp. I like the new colour , Crystal Red. I am very happy with Honda and we have been with you for many years.

We have purchased three CRV’s through John Banks and have just received our new HRV. We can’t fault the customer service we received through all the years. Rhys helped us to choose our car without any pressure to purchase. The new CRV has grown in size and price so it didn’t suit our taste for our next car. Rhys contacted me when the new ZRV was released and I had a test drive. This was a nice car to drive but I didn’t like the styling. The HRV is perfect for our driving and looks great. The after sales is good and everyone is always happy to help with any questions or help. Thanks to everyone at John Banks.

I had a really good experience buying a Dacia from John Banks Ipswich. There was no hassle or hard sell and they answered all my questions and made it enjoyable. Glenn was excellent. He wasn’t at all the way some car salesmen are, he was normal and friendly, which is what customers actually want. I tried to use another dealership before going here and they lied to me and made me feel stupid and anxious. If you want to purchase a car and be treated like a human I would say you will be looked after here.

I had paid a reservation fee to test drive a car at John Banks Renault Cambridge. While we were happy with the service we received on the day we visited, there was absolutely no intention to refund us after we decided that we won't go ahead with the purchase. I have phoned and emailed more than 10 times various people for the last 4 weeks and I was given promises that I will be refunded, but that never happened. I don't understand if that is on purpose or they just don't want to bother. Of course, the reservation fee is 99£, which means I cannot claim the money back from my credit card company as the law states that this can happen for charges above 100£ only. I am pretty sure that if things were the other way around, they wouldn't be so relaxed with me owing them money. The last person I contacted there is Michelle Morris who never bothered to reply to my email. How typical...
