Bought a beautiful Honda Civic Sport from these guys, the Salesman, Will, was excellent and even stayed over for more than an hour past closing time to wait for us to get there and complete the sale, buying the car was stress free and easy, would absolutely recommend these guys and would buy from them again in a heartbeat, got a great deal on the car and they were very professional, amazing service 👍

We have just picked up our brand new Honda Civic Elegance in fiery red. This colour was meant for this car! When we entered the dealership we were met with the warmest welcome from Will, the most friendliest sales person we’ve ever met. His service was and still is, in one word, excellent. His genuineness, honesty, knowledge, reassurance and advice helped us choose the most cost effective way to get a car fit for our needs, by taking advantage of the best deals the dealership is offering (which is very generous right now!) and being realistic with ourselves about what features we really need and choosing the trim accordingly. Will made the experience personal for us, shared our excitement during the process, finalising the car, getting the finance (after everything that’s happening in the news right now) and picking the car up. Will is a sales person that sits in the car with you on pick up day an hour before closing and still thoroughly shows you every single feature and sets up our phones and navigation etc etc. He has been there every step of the way, going beyond the norm, answering queries of ours any time, any day, that’s dedication to the customer! There’s no hard sell from anyone at John Banks Honda, it’s a chilled atmosphere and it makes the process a really nice experience. Will and the rest of the team are a fantastic, friendly, knowledgable, honest bunch and it was a pleasure to go to the show room and meet and deal with them.

I picked up our new Honda Eny1 yesterday and I must say it was an absolute pleasure from Start to finish. I can't praise Will enough, I was never pressured at the start which I like as I've walked out of other dealerships in the past due to pushy sales person or ones that don't listen to the customer. Will always kept me informed during the whole process and even on the handover when my incompetent insurance company couldn't sort my insurance Will helped me get insurance elsewhere so I could still take the car home which he didn't have to do. Once again thank you John Banks and especially Will, I will definitely be recommending you

Having strolled into the showroom whilst having a Civic serviced, Will managed to sell us an EV and then provided the type of service we have enjoyed from John Banks for many many years. We feel if there are any problems, they will be there to support us but it is rare to get any sort of problem. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a new HRV from John Banks Honda. The purchasing experience was relaxing and easy with every thing explained in detail from Rhys and Ed when Rhys was on a day off. Rhys kept me fully informed from placing the order, to the hand over of the car. Rhys has the skill to make you feel important and that you are his main customer, with out over doing it. My last Honda car was purchased four years ago from John Banks and the after sales service over those four years from David and the work shop guys has been first class. Thank you to all. Robert

I bought a Honda Jazz from John Banks Honda in Ipswich. There was no pressure on me at all, that I really appreciate. They also let me take a couple of Jazz's out for a test drive. Their after care is second to none. Even if you don't buy a car from them their machines are brilliant. So if you're in the market for a new car. You won't go wrong with John Banks, from chatting to Rhys to the after sales team you'll be glad you went to John Banks Honda Ipswich.

Please be careful and think twice before going to this dealer. Bought a car Renault Zoe with the issue and they could not care less. The staff is absolutely joke, they just could not care less, passing from one team to another (from bad to worse). In the end: is is all customer's (Your own) problem. Just AVOID them, unless you like problems and hassle. GraphicArtz Limited PS. They Contacted few days ago asking to remove review. Also gave nonvalid email address to contact. That says a lot .
