This company is absolutely 1st rate. They have sat on the phone with me for probably what amounts to hours answering my questions, putting me at ease and generally being as helpful as any human beings could be. I purchased the superking Artisan naturals zip and link. It is not a cheap bed so I really wanted to be sure of what I was buying. Thanks to the lovely support these guys provided, my wife and I have had the best nights sleep we've ever had and we'd gladly buy from them again. In addition, the zip and link gives you a vast array of configuration options so you'll definitely find something to suit all sleeping habbits. Thoroughly recommended.

Very informative website that really helped me fully understand how to cut through the marketing jargon to ensure I knew what to look for when buying a mattress. Our new mattress arrived almost 4 weeks ago and is now so comfortable, getting up in the morning just got harder!! Excellent post order follow up service to ensured I had chosen the best mattress for our needs and delivery was a lot faster than expected.... I decided to order the base and headboard afterwards, delivery due soon.

we purchased an Artisans natural mattress king size. Our last mattress contained memory foam -comfortable but impossible to sleep on because it does not breath. We are glad we chose king size-the extra room is worth it. John Ryan's team provided excellent advice and in fact steered us away from the more expensive mattress. We were advised to get the medium mattress and tension. I was worried it would not be firm enough for me but the medium actually is ideal. My wife is prone to backache and she too is delighted that the mattress is giving her the support she needs. We did go to John Lewis for the mattress topper-a natural cotton one. No point in spending a fortune on a natural mattress and using a nylon topper,

Bed ordered made and delivered in under four weeks. Delivered and assembled in room and the best nights sleep I've ever had. Would buy all over again if I had to!

After re-searching different mattress companies for months I finally found a mattress which both me and my husband settled on, my husband wanting a firm side and myself medium (as I have hip problems and my wool mattress is too hard) went for John Ryan as the reviews looked great and purchasing was very good. We received our superking mattress at the end of October and it was faulty (zippers incorrect on zip and link we were sent 2 right hand mattresses so they wouldn’t zip together ) spoke to a lovely lady who told me to sleep on the mattress 1st to ensure they were ok for us which they are. I’ve tried to call customer service a couple of times but can’t get an answer and also sent an email last week but not received a reply. Starting to feel a little disappointed with the service. Update - had a call from John Ryan this morning going to deliver a new mattress after Christmas thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. From the phone call follow up after the initial Internet order to confirm we had selected the best options for us to quickly answering a question we had about delivery and old mattress collection during Covid lockdown. The origins 1500 we choose is like sleeping on a cloud compared to our old mattress.

The buying and delivery process has been excellent. Reviewing the mattres on a nightly basis at the moment. So far so good. Will review again at end of trial period.

Great service from start to finish. I studied the John Ryan website which has a host of bed related information including a very easy to use online mattress and bed selection and ordering service,although I found it very helpful and reassuring to speak to Julie on the phone before confirming my order.The order was an Artisan Naturals Super King, zip & link bed,medium mattresses and headboard and inspite of Covid restrictions, the bed was ready for delivery in the 4 weeks quoted. I then received an email from a firm called Keen & Able who were apparently going to deliver my bed. I had never heard of this firm previously and thought at first it was perhaps spam mail until doing a quick check online myself. Once I had contacted them, a date was arranged and 2 men & van arrived as promised on the agreed date with my bed.The men wore masks, gloves and shoe covers on entering my house and within 30 minutes the bed was fully set up with headboard fitted. The bed itself has a quality feel and look to it and both my wife and myself have been thrilled at how comfortable the mattress has been so far, in fact everything that had been promised from the start from John Ryan. Of course the love it or return it mattress guarantee for 60 days has to be the icing on the cake!

We’re very happy with our mattress from John Ryan by Design. We found it difficult to find a mattress company that would let us try one out. It’s getting more and more comfortable and was reasonably priced as well.

First class service, good communication and the delivery was faultless. Oh and I forgot to say that the mattress is comfortable and I am able to get a good nights sleep.
