United Kingdom | 16 February 2025I personally had bad experiance with them, they changed my screen 3 times and they were faulty each and everyone, so they issued me a refund to w wrong card in error, and it came up on my account that it's a unlinked account and wont be credit however they said i have to wait now 10 working days until they can issue it again and then wait another 3-5 working days what means basically 1 full month out of pocket with lots of chasing. Not happy with their service.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Ismash Bristol Broad Mead= if I could leave 0 stars , I would. Terrible service by the two men running the shop. On a Saturday with a time arranged repair to replace a Google phone battery, they changed the appointment time 3 times and told me it would take 2 hours. Fair enough, but they actually took nearly 6 hours. The repair was only undertaken while there was no customers in the actual shop , as the repairman also works at the till. I was told I can't have a receipt, and only have a 90 day warranty on the repair. But without a receipt, I don't have any confidence they will entertain a verbal warranty. Avoid this shitshow of a business at all costs. Trust me........... GO ELSEWHERE. Add in the cost of having to pay the £9.00 low emissions zone and the parking costs of £3.00 per hour at Cabot Circus

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025I purchased a screen protector, and upon closer inspection at home, I discovered a hairline crack in it. Due to the distance I live from the store (an hour away), I was only able to return a week later. When I explained the situation to the staff member at the counter, he responded in a very rude manner and dismissed my concern, stating it was not his problem and that I could not prove the crack occurred in-store. I would have purchased a new one but it was the manner he spoke to us. I will never purchase from iSmash again.

Managed to get my phone in the shop, and collected it fixed and brand new before they closed. Amazing guys in there. Great service.

The staff gave my original port a good clean and there was some dust stuck in there which they cleaned with their specialist tools which fixed it. They didn’t charge me for it and were keen to make sure it was fixed before I left the shop.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2025I went to the St Pancras, London branch, with a query as to what could be causing a problem that I had with my Pixel 9 pro. I was served by an assistant wearing a badge that said 'Advanced Technician'. He was abrupt, and dismissive of my problem. He said certain things which I knew could not be correct, all the time seeming as if he wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. It is for his lack of good customer service that I have given only a two star rating. Eventually he did suggest a possible cause. And although he didn't explain how to solve it, I was able to use what he said to cure the problem on my phone.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025Excellent service for a replacement battery for my iPhone 12 Pro other than I wasn’t advised prior to installation that the battery would show up as an unverified Apple product. This then means the battery health and other features are disabled thus significantly devaluing any trade in value as most trade ins require a minimum battery health of 80%. Therefore, my phone worth circa £250 trade in value with my old battery showing 79% is now of worth considerably less as despite the battery being new, the phone cannot verify the battery health any longer. Great if you want to keep the phone but terrible if you wanted to trade the phone in with an improved battery health.

United Kingdom | 11 February 20253 times I have been to Cribbs Causeway for an appointment and nobody turns up so far I have wasted over £35 worth of petrol and waiting for a full explanation from I,Smash so far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am waiting for a battery replacement for my Google phone but it appears when I check on line they don't have any. Totally waste of my time and money.
