While the program can be complex with occasional glitches, the support provided by Nigel has been outstanding, always quick to respond and very helpful. However, contacting support can sometimes be difficult due to a lack of phone lines, impacting the resolution of issues like the rent calculation error. That being said, the ticketing system generally functions well, thanks to helpful team members like Kevin. Overall, Arthur provides solid support and good value, but there's room for improvement in accessibility of assistance.

Additionally, the software itself is not intuitive or easy to navigate. Effective customer support is crucial, and unfortunately, this is an area where the company falls short.
