Was communicating with customer service and looking for simple answer: is in stock available narrow fit shoes, but unfortunately communication is so pure, there is no answer only sending me to links…decided not purchasing again after unsuccessful purchase and no customer support care…

I just purchased my fourth pair of Vionic shoes, but had to change one pair for a smaller size. Although I normally take a 4.5 size, this shoe needed to be size 4. The exchange was a super fast 24 hours turn around which was really impressive. Of course Vionic shoes are super comfortable but they are stylish too. Wonderful service - happy customer - thank you.

Vionic responded very quickly to a query over a faulty adjuster fixing on a pair of slippers I had received as a Christmas present. I was delighted that a replacement was provided first thing the next day following submission of photos of the fault. Outstanding communications, service and outcome in under 18 hours! The slippers are a fantastic fit, "feel", and positive impact on posture and foot alignment, so it was important that the adjusters worked well. Couldn't be better. Thank you!

I had a small issue with the slippers I bought from Vionic. This was dealt with very efficiently by Hayley from customer service and I received a full refund including postage.

Had a problem with quality and was afraid that my complaint was being ignored but after some email mix ups that finally got sorted, I'm pleased to say I have now been given a credit note for the full amount off my original purchase.

These shoes have helped amazingly with my plantar fasciitis, I've heavily worn my last pair for 2 years they are just now starting to get to tatty to wear despite still being very wearable, so I've ordered two new pairs some but unfortunately one pair arrived slightly damaged very minor fault. I have to say their customer service lady has been absolutely fantastic really helpful quickly getting back to me and has arranged a replacement pair to be sent out straight away. Couldn't ask for anymore

They Are Scammers, Beware. I placed an order online and paid. They also charged me for postage, which was fine. They sent me a notification of receipt and a confirmation of the order and this was followed by another email later to state that it has been dispatched. Lo and behold, a few days later, an email from Sam Edelman arrive to state that the boots are out of stock and no refunds will be made as I have not paid. What a scam! I will sort them out via PayPal and get my payment, regardless. People, avoid Sam Edelman like the plague. To also add that the pair of boots in the size that I had ordered, which they said is not available, is still showing as available on the website.

Hayley in Customer Services was great. I had an issue with a pair of shoes and I was asked if i wanted a replacement or refund, it was as simple as that. Goods are free and easy to return. Definitely would buy from Vionic again.

I ordered some shoes recommended to my partner by the doctor because of his walking condition. He needs 13 but not in stock so tried 12. They arrived and we’re far too small so need the 13 but customer service said they don’t know when they’ll be in so need to sign up to their mailing. I was hoping to be told they’ll be back n stock shortly and we’ll send them out as we do need to get them asap. But on the good side, i sent these ones back and was refunded very quickly, just wish i could get the ones i need. 26/11 update - tried messaging Vionics again only to be told they will definitely not be getting any 13s in stock! Great, now what do I get him!

Vionic shoes offer a great combination of style and comfort. The build quality is great and the customer service I received, when I had an issue, is exactly what you'd expect from a high end brand. Worth the price.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of slippers in the sale a couple of days ago and my account update showed as sent the next day. However, I have just received an email to say I was being refunded. The email is automated with no explanation of why my order was cancelled. I have just been on their website, the same pair of slippers is still in stock but at the full price. I will not be ordering from this company again.

My daughter bought me some Vionic trainers which looked lovely when new but, two years later after not a lot of wear, are looking quite scruffy. ribboning is coming out from the top which looks awful and not something I have ever had before even from cheaper shoes. Vionic not interested and will certainly not purchase from them again.
