United States | 12 May 2023Had an international customer on Etsy request a cancellation. Etsy support claimed they couldn't help (even though the package had not shipped overseas yet. I contacted Asendia directly and Lori was able to find my package (even though I couldn't find the tracking number), call me back and put a return request on it before it shipped out! Absolutely fantastic service and I am thankful to Lori for getting things done!

My tracking number is ASDE20001488058711 i called my country delivery companies, but they said that they don't have a package to my name. Whats is happening?

United States | 10 May 2023Package lost and there is no way to track. Package sent on Dec 2, 2022 and arrived in South Africa on Dec 30. Then there is no updates anymore. The recipient never received it. Delivery Tracking Number UY012610083FR. Also very odd that it ends in FR even though it is shipped from the US.

Australia | 04 May 2023Tracking number: 01993126509999989133YAV104197001000930807 Seller sent parcel via ETSY postal label from USA on 24th March 2023, cleared Customs on 5th April Melbourne Australia and on the 11th April arrived in Adelaide the Capital city of the destination address. It has sat there ever since. Tracking via Asendia says it's never arrived. ETSY tracking has more info than the freight company themselves have in their tracking database. Some serious dysfunction going on in this company. Still blaming Covid for delays. My parcel has been stuck 1 hours drive away from me for 23 days and counting. Just hand it over to Australia Post so they can complete delivery!!!!!, or has your company not paid its bill to Australia Post???? I have contacted your Managing Director. Get someone to check the Adelaide warehouse. Start acting like the professional service you charge your customers for. Update: Looks like it has been handed to yet another very low repute courier service called DAI Post and surprise surprise, yet another company with no phone number. Just hand it to Australia Post...isn't that what the Australia Post label is for????? It's looking more and more like organised crime pretending to be freight companies.
