I ordered my package on the 8th of April and it still hasn't arrived and keeps telling me the addressee is absent despite them supposedly "delivering" at times where I was at home and available to pick up the parcel. I even gave them the correct address too. Asendia is starting to feel more like a money laundering scheme. Brah. How are you gonna make it literally almost impossible to contact your company. I was promised my parcel in 5-15 business days and I have still not received it after 16 business days… I ordered from a manufacturer that is 300km away from where I live and this lazy, worthless company couldn’t deliver in 16 days… after the 15th day I got a notification that delivery was failed which I do not understand. They have no customer support at all and their website is atrocious and unprofessional. If you want faster deliver just take a walk to the place you ordered from, it’s going to be faster.

Indonesia | 27 April 2023I ordered an item on March 15, 2023. The last status of my package is on March 22, 2023 with the package being “Departed” from international transit airport in USA. However, more than 1 month later, there’s no update regarding my package. My tracking number: EEUS000839464ID0. Usually it takes only less than a week to deliver a package from USA to Indonesia. I have tried contacted customer service before and their answer did not satisfy me at all. They only asked ke to keep waiting and track the package. Another answer in the Trustpilot website said that package to Indoensia is expected to have a delay of 19+ days. Why must there be such a long delay for a package to Indonesia? Why can’t you deliver it on time? I suggest Ascendia to just close your company if you cannot operate properly. Such a RUBBISH COMPANY!!! Very poor service I think!!! Don’t answer me with just template answer!!! Please tell me where is the exact location of my package and give a solution!!! I think all of the good reviews are also only bot and from their own employees since this company (Asendia) has never been a good company!!!

I’ve used this service constantly with no issues for the last year or so - I know there is delays and I have had some packages take extended amount of time to be delivered but I’m trying to understand why the recipient or myself can’t track the number that was assigned to the parcel once it entered their country on 4/13/23. Is there any further information you can give me regarding this number? UY300808379CH Is it in customs? Does tracking stop working once it enters the country? I’ve never had this happen before. Please help!! Edit 4/26/23 - I am the seller and I’m trying to find out on behalf of the buyer! The way it was sent was the only option your service provides - I’ve sent to China this way multiple times and it’s tracked to the door, how is it different this time? What’s the point of assigning a tracking number if it does nothing once it reaches the destination country?

Fulfillment company also has a hard time contacting them. Avoid this company at all costs.

France | 24 April 2023Edit 25/11/2023 -- J'enlève une étoile, car un colis a été perdu. Je suis d'accord que la valeur du colis ne soit pas remboursé, c'est le risque et il n'y a pas d'assurance. Mais si le colis est perdu, il faudrait tout de même générer un avoir pour le prochain colis. C'est comme si j'allais acheter une perceuse, si elle ne fonctionne pas, on me rembourse, non ? De plus, en ce moment, il y a beaucoup de perte… Message original -- J'utilise le service Delivengo d'Asendia et pour l'instant, j'en suis très contente. 1 perte sur 100 envois, c'est plus qu'acceptable. À titre d'exemple, je viens de poster un avis sur UPS qui est à presque 30% de perte. On parle bien d'UPS avec leur suivi haut de gamme et leurs tarifs hors de prix. Et Delivengo fait mieux… Incroyable.

Echt superslecht. Asendia neemt er nul verantwoording voor, zoek het zelf maar uit dus. Zal geen dingen meer bestellen bij bedrijven die zaken met hun doen. Totaal geen service

Belgium | 21 April 2023Nadat het bedrijf in VS Asendia gekozen heeft om mijn pakket in België te leveren, stond mijn hart even stil van al de slechte reviews hier op Trustpilot. Mijn pakket werd eerst in Nederland afgeleverd met behulp van Asendia, waarna DPD het overgenomen heeft. Ik kan niets fout melden over Asendia, de verzending verliep vlot. Ik heb track and trance van de verzender ontvangen waar ik het pakket tot in Nederland kon volgen. Het klopt wel dat er geen details vrijgegeven worden over precieze locatie van het pakket en dat Asendia zelf geen track and trace gegevens rechtstreeks deelt met de ontvanger.

France | 20 April 2023Ordered an item on Ebay on 5th April from US for shipment to the UK. It did not start tracking until the 12th April despite being dispatched on the 6th by seller, then tracking progressed until it was switched to the last mile tracking number (Swiss Post) where it says it was leaving the US on the 15th April for the UK. That message has not changed in 5 days. It is now the 20th April and it is still showing the same message, so unless Asendia put it on a boat to cross the Atlantic, then I cannot understand why it is taking so long. End provider is Royal Mail and they are saying it has not yet arrived in the UK. Asendia sending everyone to their hopper support page which does precisely nothing is NOT adequate in terms of resolving an issue. It's a shame you cannot actually talk to a real human within their organisation. Very underwhelmed by their so called "service". As a retailer I would never use them preferring to stick with a capable company such as UPS or DHL who can at least talk to you. You guys seriously need to raise your bar and up your game as you fall massively short of being reputable.

Germany | 20 April 2023Katastrophal!!! Ein Versandunternehmen was scheinbar mit dem Fahrrad durch die Welt radelt und sporadisch nach Lust und Laune Pakete zustellt... Habe über das Ebay Global Shipping Program einen Artikel aus den USA bestellt. Das Paket wurde mehrfach in den USA gescannt bis es dann in Zürich angekommen ist. Gerade mal 10 Tage hat es gedauert und war recht flott in Europa. Von Zürich nach Deutschland war es dann über 14 Tage unterwegs und der letzte Scann zeigt Asendia SCL Rodgau; weiter ist nichts passiert... Ich dachte bisher es gibt nichts schlimmeres als Hermes oder GLS aber das ist echt krass schlecht!

Quando però ho ordinato dalla Spagna, il pacco sembra essere andato disperso e non c'è modo di contattare il servizio clienti per telefono (chiamando il numero fornito su Google risponde un ufficio amministrativo, il quale fornisce un fantomatico numero del servizio clienti, che però è inattivo e/o non risponde mai), almeno per quanto riguarda l'Italia.

Ich bin Endkunde und meine letzten Bestellungen wurden auch mit Asendia nach Deutschland transportiert. Eher kleine Päckchen, aber alles war super. Wurde durch DHL bzw.die Deutsche Post zugestellt ca. 15 Werktage. Den 5.Stern gibts wenn bei meiner aktuellen Bestellung alles klappt wovon ich ausgehe. Bin zufrieden. Danke bis dato. Meine neue Bestellung kam wohlbehalten bei mir an!! Danke

What’s even worse is I’m in Australia, the parcel went from USA to Australia then to France for unknown reasons, then 2 days later it was marked as delivered. If the company replied to the request I made I’d consider it to be a mistake but with no effort to reply and resolve the issue I think they need to close their doors as this isn’t my first time having issues with this company
