Si vous avez le choix , ne vous faites jamais livrer par ASSENDIA J’ai commandé le 23.03.23 , ma commande a été expédié le 27.03. Et à partir du 30.03 ASSENDIA a décidé de ne plus donner suite à mon colis Pas de nouvelle , rien qui a avancé ! Quand j’appelle la poste , ces derniers se dédouanent. Nous sommes le 17.04. Fuyez c’est des escrocs

Commande faite le 7 Avril et reçu le 15, en sachant qu’il y a le week-end de Pâques donc c’est parfaitement correct. Juste il n’y a pas assez de détails de commande avant que la commande n’arrive dans le pays de destination, pour ceux qui aime savoir où se trouve leur colis exactement ce n’est pas top.

Paket am 21.03.2023 Asendia Einrichtung in Rodgau Deutschland verlassen und sollte an Hermes übergeben werden. Bis jetzt (06.04.2023) hat Hermes dieses Paket nicht erhalten. Auf E-Mails antwortet Asendia mal gar nicht erst. Wenn man probiert anzurufen klingelt es ein paar mal, es wird anscheinend abgenommen und dann...Stille. Nichts als Stille. Wie zum Teufel soll man euch bitteschön Kontaktieren wenn Emails komplett ignoriert werden und Anrufe auch nicht zu klappen scheinen?

Said they delivered my parcel, I have not received it, none of my neighbours have received it, have searched around my property and my local post office and it’s nowhere to be found. No sign of any parcel even being delivered by them.

Das Allerletzte!! Mein Paket aus den USA nach Deutschland wurde versucht von Asendia zuzustellen. Von der Schweiz (21.02.23 Zürich) wochenlange Irrfahrt dann irgendwann in Deutschland. Kurz aufgetaucht im IPZ Niederaula und dem Asendia Hub in Rodgau (100 Km von mir entfernt denke ich juchhuu endlich da), dann wieder verschollen im Nirvana. Am 10.04.23 Wurde mir das Geld von Ebay zurückerstattet. Finger weg und die Bewertungen lesen!!!

Necesito algún número telefónico para saber algo sobre mi pedido (EEUS000896987GT0) ya hace 15 días vino a mi país (Guatemala) y aún no me lo traen a mi domicilio, cómo es posible que se demoren tanto si ya está en Guatemala el paquete, necesito mayor información sobre mi pedido me urge ese paquete y no me lo traen 😐😐😐

I’m still waiting for my parcel AHOY1GJ97E42 and Asendia only say that contact the page where I buy my parcel and they say that if I dont have my package it’s because it’s retained in the mail of my country and I do my pay on February 9 and I’m still waiting for a response of estimated time I can have my parcel in Costa Rica!!!!!!

Been trying to get a hold of support but no one has answered for 4 days. Package LS414164566CH seems to not update anymore and I think it’s lost in transit. No information on where it was last scanned. Had another package from the US sent at the same time and that arrived 1 WEEK ago.

Tracking reference: 3XO3-V0KG-3E32-K My parcel was sent via Asendia in end of november 2022. After a lot of emails they declared my parcel lost via email 20th of january of this year. However I paid my taxes for this parcel, which was then lost, via Asendia. I have since then tried getting in contact multiple times via email and not gotten a respond via my refund of taxes(not refund of parcel which is already handled). If I check my tracking information it says it is still in transit even though I have received confirmation it is lost. Still waiting for my refund for my taxes almost 3 months later. Without them answering me.(whole process has taken over 4 months and still ongoing).

Mala atención al cliente por parte de esta transportadora. Compré un producto en EEUU para Colombia, quiero saber el número de seguimiento y nombre de la transportadora local que tiene el paquete en Colombia y nadie da respuesta. El número de seguimiento con asendia es EEUS000869205CO0.

Based on all the feed back I was somewhat sceptical about the service. Package sat in US for a week after receiving from USPS, but once shipped took only two days to be delivered in Australia.
