Ordered an item on 28 October 2022. Now it's the 28th of march. 5 months or 152 days in a way. Did I order that from another dimension? Galaxy? Planet? UY008339072CH Don't even tell me about delays (almost half year?!) or ask my local post service (btw, I did it 4 times) and I'm getting notification every time something crosses the border in a way to me. Just admit that you lost it, so I can take my refund back

My Tracking has been not updated since the first day, now weeks ago that ASENDIA picked up my package and is delayed “probably lost”. The worst part is, that I have a tracking number for nothing CY191726552US. Every single time, when I go to check my Amazon account, it shows the seller’s tracking id: CY191726552US from ASENDIA for me to track the package. So far, I went to their site several times “ASENDIA USA”. But, I only see that the status of my package has not changed or even moved a single inch to another facility. If I had known from the the beginning about this so called company “ASENDIA” with such a poor reputation and service. I would have talked to the seller about not using this in the first place to send my package at all. NOTICE: I hope you guys read this, so in the near future, some of you can be aware about others situation. Before you guys buy from any website site, ask the seller what delivery package service are they are going to use. In that case, you don’t have to be in this position. I’m very frustrated about this and I honestly mean it.

Esta empresa no brinda una atención adecuada al cliente, todas las respuestas son genéricas y no se preocupan por intentar indagar acerca de donde se encuentra el paquete. A mediados de febrero realicé un pedido por ebay, guía: RL969541481CH, el cual tiene como origen USA y destino Colombia, pero el tracking incluso menciona algo de "London" y "France", por lo que no entiendo, si es que hace referencia a que ha estado por esos destinos, qué hace por allá y porqué da tanta vuelta el paquete. Sería bueno que la compañía se preocupara por dar información útil y no una mera respuesta genérica que no aporta nada.

Meine Sendung wurde seit dem 21.03. nicht weiter transportiert. Trotz Nachfrage tut sich nichts! Es ist ein No-Go, dass ein Päckchen 5 Tage in einer Ecke liegt und nichts geht weiter! Die Sendung ist bezahlt und dieser Dienstleister erledigt nicht die Arbeit, für die er im Vorraus bezahlt wurde!!!

First time getting a package from Ascendia, everything was going smoothly until my package came in transit which was February 9th and has not been updated since. Here is the tracking info: AHOY1Q9REZMM. My package was delivered from the end January and it’s March 26th as we speak. I hope this issue gets resolved and get my package soon.

Tracking Number: 7410474-1-369771786 I can't get this item processed by Asendia and concerned that this will take weeks for them to be in transit to Australia. I am hoping this is not like the other reviews here, I should have ensured this was sent via DHL. Received by US Carrier on 16/3 - No idea when it will be processed to get an ETA on delivery. Update 25/3: After writing this review it is now Processed by ELK Grove IL. Update 27/3: Sorted by US Carrier @ ELK Grove IL - Update 28/3: Dispatched by US Carrier Update 6/4: Arrived in Tokyo 1/4 and departed for Australia 2/4 but no update yet on if in Country or Waiting processing / Scan update. Will monitor time to change in transit and re-rate experience.

Waardeloze tracking van pakje en customer service. Je moet zelf in je glazen bol kijken waar ze jou pakketje gedropt hebben. 'Available at pick-up point, location: BELGIUM'. Enkel nog maar miserie gehad met Asendia, in die mate dat ik producten niet meer zou kopen als ik wist dat Asendia ze levert.

A couple days ago I receive a notice from the spanish customs office. I was the receiver of a pack sent from "Joe Criesi, 5590 Bandini Blvd, 28042 Bell, USA" but with a swiss tracking number code, which was a bit weird. They demand the commercial invoice or the package will be destroyed or returned. After googling for a bit I found out this "Joe Criesi" is related to Asensia USA which seems to have warehouses in Switzerland too, and they act as a mail forwarded. So the whole thing appears to be that someone has hired Asendia services to forward a pack to me, but I was never informed by Asendia, as it would be the common thing with mail forwarders to notify the final receiver of who hired their services in the first place. I order a lot from ebay and amazon USA, so I can't figure this out myself. Used the contact form at Asendia USA, no reply. Used the contact form at Asendia Spain, no reply. Found hidden the phone number of Asensia Spain, they said they have nothing to do with Asendia USA and provided an Asendia USA email customer.service_at_asendia.com. I email customer.service_at_asendia.com and guess what... "This is the response from the remote server: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [AM7EUR03FT049.eop-EUR03.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-03-23T12:25:44.459Z 08DB2A234CD77B26]" What is this company about? "Worst experience" would be a mild thing to say for describing the service. I tried info.usa_at_asendia.com also. We'll see if that gets me anywhere.

Edit: problem solved on March 23rd. Tracking number: S00002517134 Seller informed me they shipped my package on February 24th and Asendia still didn't update my package status since then, tracking is stuck in "Shipment Information Received" and there's almost 1 month shipment was made and no other update was made! I also still don't have the USPS tracking number of my package, after almost 1 month. PLEASE CHECK THIS ASAP. I will update my review to positive once things get solved.

2 livres d’occasion commandés aux usa (valeur moins de 6 €) expédiés via asendia. J’ai dû régler 9 euros à la poste pour pouvoir récupérer mes livres ! Frais de dédouanement appliqués par asendia. Avec 9 € de frais de port le livre revient à 24 €. Autant les acheter neuf chez Amazon. Commandez chez des vendeurs qui utilisent un autre transporteur.

Hi, I have mostly hd good experience with this company. However, my latest parcel hasn’t been updated from 14th march where it only says “shipment information received”. My tracking number is PUFDCOCT1000390908. Can anybody help? What is going on? I’m worried that my parcel is lost or something.

My package was “6L816GUUDOV6VLXA8Y0AMU” has been stuck on pre-transit since February 3 and no other shipments is received. It is now March 21 and nothing has changed, they charged me for it and i have no received my package after a month and two weeks.

On frequent occasions, parcels are lost, without information about what happened, and no way to be reimbursed. If you see that your parcel is going to be fret by this company, don't buy the item ! I will declare my 2 parcels lost to the French fraud agency, and to the European Union customer complains. I hope that you are proud for all the inconvenience caused. Robbers.

Package EEUS000725604GB0 has been showing as left Chicago a week ago now and no tracking has been updated since. I'm worried as usually when I order stuff from the states its here very quickly via USPS but this is concerning me as its not an item I can simply get a refund on and re-order. Contacted customer service and awaiting a response. It should definitely have arrived in the UK by now A week later and still no update at all. Very poor!

Lost my order twice out of two. Worst delivery company I have ever encountered. Last time Asendia charged me a random very high duty and tax without any explanation. In fact, they charged me 1/3 of the order in taxes. They did not provide any feedback or the opportunity to pay the tax to the customs itself. After paying the tax, the parcel miraculously disappeared. one gets the feeling that there was no customs and they are just scammers. A lot of communication with the seller and attempts to return their money for the second time, 80 euros for customs seem to be lost.

EEUS000574967CO0 I bought a Ralph Lauren sweater in Ebay, unfortunately they used (Asendia) to send it to me, they so called tracking numer EEUS000574967CO0 it was worthless!!! I don't understand why would Ebay partner with such an incompetent worthless shipping company ???

Colis pris en charge début décembre 2022, en Chine, et toujours pas recu en mars 2023. Selon le suivi, il est toujours en transit. Quand on les contacte, ils disent qu'ils ne peuvent pas savoir où il est !!! Le statut n'as pas bougé depuis la soit disant expédition. N'importe quoi.

While waiting for my package, I got really stressed when seeing these reviews about their packages never arriving or arriving too late. But Asendia did a good job at delivering the package in proper time. Now, I also have another package delivered by Asendia which I hope will come as smoothly as the one I got today

I have 5 packages stuck at the Canadian border from Asendia here are the tracking numbers 1Z1A22A30398970409 9461208205496507694225 9400108205496509916082 1Z14V3880337199123 EEUS000635572CA0 I ordered several other items from the USA sent to me in Canada they all arrived close to two weeks ago why does Ebay use there services they obviously are not equipped to do this type of work. Put them out of there misery and get rid of them. I used to think Pitney bowes was slow I know now there true professionals. If I could give negative stars I would but im forced to give one star.
