DO NOT USE! Signed up mid-December as we thought it might take some time to install...As of 18th February we still have no internet. Customer service cannot give us any information, only that they have never had a response from their 'solutions' team. We are now trying to source another option, which is limited in our area (otherwise would not have gone with Airband).

If scoring solely in speed and quality of signal i would score five stars. Unfortunately if anything goes wrong they are appalling. It has taken 9 days, 4 phone calls and a wasted day stuck at home waiting for an engineers call that never happened. Called this morning, was given incorrect information, when I pushed the call handler to take it further up the line I find out it was fixed yesterday but nobody bothered to let me know. They clearly have zero respect for customers.

Phoned airband to renew contract, left message on there voicemail to call back and within 1/2 hour they called back to renew. Nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone which is unusual these days with other companies. Excellent service and I would recommend airband 100% of the time.

Today I made the switch to Airband after struggling with other Internet providers. Alex who completed the installation was excellent from start to finish. Offering advice on where the router would be best placed to offer best coverage around the home. My home broadband is over 4 times faster than what I was getting previously!

Having a question about Airband, I phoned them but when the lady answered, she could not hear me and eventually I hung up with in a very short period of time she had phoned me back to ask if she could help in anyway we then had a very relaxed but professional phone call about the connection to our house and instead of me doing it online she took all my details and set the ball in motion. I’m now waiting to get this connection but having used it at our local club. I know it’s going to be awesome thanks again.
