The staff in the St Enoch store are so lovely and helpful, would really recommend!

Loved all the staff at St John m. Very friendly including the receptionist and always ready to help. Made me feel better and confident in myself after my eye laser surgery.

I wanted to write this review to thank everyone at StAlbans where I had my consultation and aftercare for lens surgery and everyone at Cambridge where the surgery was done. I had it done 2 days ago and it really has become life changing. My eyesight now is as good as it ever was. I would recommend anyone to go for it. I was seen at Swansea and Cardiff optical express as I wanted to discuss having Laser eye surgery. The ladies at Swansea Zahara and Rebekah were absolutely fantastic. Rebekah went above and beyond for me when I needed help with via emails, and she sorted spoke with my GP regarding a letter (as my surgery didn't want to play ball) but Becky got it sorted very quickly. The whole team were wonderful, and I felt very comfortable and reassured all the way. I can't fault anything or anyone! I did have to wait along time in the waiting room for the surgery, but again the team offered me drinks and apologised for the wait. 5 stars to the Swansea and Cardiff branch. Ps. Give Rebekah a raise!

I had lens replacement, the process was very fast and efficient at every stage. The after care has so far been very good.

Having lens replacement surgery at Peterborough Optical Express is the best gift I've ever given myself. I'm writing this around 8 weeks after surgery, and I can honestly say that my eyesight is better than I had ever expected. To be able to lead my life without contact lenses or glasses is wonderful! Many thanks to the staff ... each one so kind, reassuring and helpful ... with special mention for Natasha, Iwona, Louisa, Ahmed, Hamish and surgeon Mr Sadiq.

My husband had multifocal lens replacement surgery at the Exeter branch. Amazing,he can now see without glasses! Easy process from start to finish. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. We are very pleased with the service received from the admin to the surgeon and the aftercare. The only small point I would mention is that they showed him the drops etc immediately after surgery so he couldn’t see what she was showing him! Might have been better to do before.
