Not great when website said delivery within 1 week then when order confirmed over a month to wait for delivery of bed and mattress.

We ordered a bed and the headboard was damaged. We reordered again and it was damaged again. This went on a further 3 times despite telling customer service that the packaging was inadequate. We paid for the bed in full and they took our old bed away. Now it’s time to request a refund they won’t refund me until they get the base of the bed back so we will be left sleeping on a mattress on the floor because Benson beds couldn’t deliver a headboard that wasn’t ripped or scuffed!!! I would have thought as a good will gesture they could have refunded the bed and then collected at a later date once we had found a new one as it was their fault that the headboard was damaged on 5 occasions. Wont be going to benson beds again!!

My self and family had the best customer service yesterday 13/4/25 went in to look at beds and figure out the best mattress. We did buy a frame and will be returning for more after Ashley was outstanding. She was professional, funny and lovely and knew some good points on questions we asked. Other staff that was present sorry i dont know your names were very nice and friendly too. This is the customer service you should get every were !!!

Fiona made the whole experience interesting and fun. Fiona is very knowledgeable and explained the mattresses and helped us eliminate until we were left with two choices, and did not feel pressured as we went from one mattress to the other to decide which one is for us. Fiona was friendly and made us feel very special. I will highly recommend Bensons For Beds and Fiona at the Bicester store to all my family and friends. Amazing

Wardrobe is excellent. Looks great and is built to last. Jade (the company who delivered and did the build) were brilliant. Lots of communication and the delivery team did a great job and left everything tidy and clean
