Ercol has stood the test of time! Beautifully made with a varied choice of excellent materials and styles, we have 3 pieces of furniture and if we have to replace more furniture I will be choosing Ercol.

Sofa bought from the Ercol Outlet as a present for my daughter in her new home. Order process good, white glove delivery paid for but was not fulfilled as specified, the delivery company informed Ercol immediately after rushing away from the delivery address that white glove service had been refused, in fact they drivers had brought the sofa into the house, asked my daughter “are you alright with that?” which is just a leading question and not explaining that they had been paid to unwrap and put together the sofa. My daughter said they just wanted to get away and it was all confused by the fact that they were speaking to each other in language the customers could not understand, not a problem in itself but discourteous. Once the customer unwrapped the sofa they found the wrong bolts had been supplied for the legs and that one of the legs had split slightly. Ercol sent out new bolts and promised a new leg, which, several weeks later, has still not arrived. Having bought many pieces of Ercol furniture both from retailers and the company itself they have always been a first choice for me but their delivery service has definitely let them down in this case.

Lovely furniture as always and very well packaged. But even though I was collecting, I had to wait over a week and then remind them that I was still waiting. I was promised that the goods would be in reception but, when I turned up, I had to wait again for half an hour while someone went to find them. Organisation could be improved.
