United Kingdom | 28 March 2025I bought a lovely kettle from Swan through Amazon. Unfortunately after the warranty expired, the kettle kept tripping my kitchen electric. Despite being out of warranty, Swan customer service emailed me and offered to replace my kettle. Customer Service advisor Chioma was so lovely and understanding. I am very pleased with the after sale service.

United Kingdom | 28 March 2025I recently contacted Swan’s customer service regarding an issue with my microwave, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. From the moment the call was answered, it was clear that customer support was not a priority—background noise made it sound like I had dialed a school playground rather than a professional helpline. The representative had no interest in assisting me, offering no troubleshooting or solutions, and was more focused on rushing me off the phone and back to the retailer. What’s even more disappointing is the so-called “manager” responding to negative reviews. Instead of addressing service failures at the root, they seem to be performing a junior-level task—surely, their time would be better spent improving training and operations to prevent these issues in the first place. This experience has made one thing very clear: I will not be a returning customer. The combination of poor service, subpar product quality, and inflated prices makes Swan a brand I cannot recommend. I’ll certainly be sharing my experience with family and friends to ensure they avoid the same frustration. Lesson learned. Update - Swan have requested my details to ‘better understand’ the matter. Not sure what is so difficult to understand from my honest review.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2025Fantastic service , our vacuum lost suction after a year and a replacement was sent out, unfortunately the replacement wasn’t as good as the original due to the original being discontinued, Tracey at swan was happy to replace the replacement with a better spec vacuum free of charge Amazing service , best I’ve seen in a long time
