Hypervolt have been extremely easy to deal with; everything arrived on time and works as it should. I called the helpline when the charger wouldn't speak to my app - the number was easy to find, my call was answered fairly quickly and Adam was very patient with me when it turned out the whole issue was 'user error' on my part.

Charger requires WiFi to enable full range of functionality. Unit supplied is either faulty or uses such cheap and ineffective components that it is unable to hold a WiFi connection unless I place an access point directly adjacent or hardwire with a CAT5 cable. All other internet enabled devices in our household (which number a lot) including £10 Amazon purchases manage to establish a Wifi connection where the unit is located. Worse still company took over 6 weeks to acknowledge and react to this complaint. They are insistent that this is an 'environmental' issue and they are not therefore able to control this. I have disproved this argument with ALL other devices which work as advertised and are able to connect to WiFi. In the interim I purchased an additional WiFi access point just to get the thing to work - my wife needed to charge her car somehow and HV were ignoring messages and dragging their feet. They now refuse to either a) change the unit which does not work as advertised or b) pay for the WiFi access point. Their latest suggestion (after 4 months of back and forth with direct to manufacturer conversations) was that I was outside my 14 day cooling off / refund period and that I should go back to the company I purchased from. Literally any argument to dodge their contractual duties and requirements under the Sale of Goods Act. I have been going back and forth with this company now since purchase date of 20th January 2025. I write this review as a last resort to warn others to avoid this company. I would strongly suggest purchasing a better quality unit from a company that cares about customers. Avoid at all costs.

The charger was delivered within the advertised timeframe. The charger is neat and the tethered cable wraps nicely around it. After two weeks I received a phone call to check I was happy with the install, which was nice. For some reason my device was connecting to the wifi instead of the ethernet cable. I reached out to technical support during out of office hours, and only had to wait 8min for an agent. Daniel was able to help with my problem. Impressed so far.

After checking around decided to go direct to Hypervolt for the installation of my charger, and what a great decision that was if I do say so myself. From the moment I clicked purchase on the website, the service has been excellent. Got a call the next day saying that an installer had been contacted on my behalf to arrange the install. A call later in the process to ensure the installer had been in touch, and an call with my warranty information post install. The installation company were also amazing and together with Hypervolt provided an awesome experience overall.

Very impressed with Hypervolt - from the first enquiry through to the installation, they have been first-rate throughout. They managed to get the whole procedure completed in less time than the first company we approached were going to take to do the survey! Early days with using the charger but it looks like a fine piece of kit, supported by an intuitive app.

It's so nice to have a company do exactly what it promises with no headache's, slip ups or problems. Hypervolt had EV Installs (thank you Aaron, your service was amazing) install our charger and an external socket for us. This happened with proficiency, quickly and with friendly service. It looks great and both unit and app are working well.

Stefano from Hypervolt was very helpful in answering my questions and arranging the installation. I like to mention that engineer from LKT Electricals (approved installer for Hypervolt) did a stupendous job of installation, it was not that obvious. Reason for me choosing Hypervolt is their less number of calls needed for support issues post installation.

Great follow-up from Stefano to my initial enquiry. Installation has just been carried out by Keith E. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy who took the time to understand and advise on the suitability of a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro charger. He even made a site visit (about an hour from his home). The challenge was the distance of the charger from the meter, and the need for drilling, trenching, routing etc of the CT clamp cable. All done, all working well. Good app with useful information and control functionality.

Very prompt response pre and post sale, customer service followed up to check all was OK with the installation. Do check if you need a second CT clamp (if you have solar) and order at the same time as the unit.

Having owned a V2 Hypervolt which has been faultless for over 3 years, following a house move I am now purchasing a V3. I see no reason to move away from this company's excellent product. Good looks, great app, reliable.

I came across Hypervolt 3 years ago, had the V2 fitted and have had no problems with it charging my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and Mercedes EQA 250+. I have now upgraded to the V3 pro on 3rd April 2025 and so far have not had any problems. Great Company, good product, good customer support.

I had a charger installed in March 2023, but wasn't used until November 2023 due to late arrival of car. The charger worked great for a year, then stopped talking to the server. I contacted Tech Support at Hypervolt who asked me to try a few things which didn't resolve the issue. They then sent out a local contractor to sort the issue to which he couldn't, so Hypervolt sent out a new charger and the contractor came out within days to install the new one. All works well and cannot fault the service.

My EVSE experience has been dreadful. Hypervolt recommended 24 7 installers Which has been a disaster. They came and fitted the EVSE 6 weeks ago during this time I have been using my granny charger most of the time. I was going to fit it myself but was told I wasn't qualified. 24 7 sent two "qualified" electricians. After they left I looked to see what they had done and straight away I realised it was wired incorrectly. I had before they arrived had a isolation switch fitted tails upgraded and arranged for the main fuse to be uprated. They bypassed all this and wired it into the meter. So had a problem occurred there would no way to isolate it. 24 7 did return and rewire it properly but it hasn't worked very well then stopped working completely. I called and told them the problem but had to wait 2 weeks for them to come back. I told the electrician the problem it was a faulty CU unit. They replace the inards off the CU and got it to chargebut it didn't light up so the electrician phone Hypervolt and they said the front had a faulty connection.and would have to wait 2-3 weeks for a new one. I thought about this but as it lit and went off I thought if it was a bad connection it wouldn't probably do this so I sorted it myself. I like the EVSE and the problem was down to the fitters not Hypervolt.
