I'll admit that I read some of PlumbersStock's reviews and was a little apprehensive about ordering from them. However, I ordered an "in stock and ready to ship" item and received it in 3 days flat--really exceeded my expectations. I had a nightmarish experience attempting to order the same item from another online retailer and was terrified of a similar scenario. Had nothing to worry about, though. The price was unbeatable, too--which is another reason why I thought it might be too good to be true. I'd say go for it if your item is listed on their site as "in stock and ready to ship," otherwise (and I can't say from firsthand experience, only what I've read), there may be some hiccups.

Mazi at Plumbers Stock is absolute Amazing! I had to get 2 sprinklers valves overnighted to me from Utah to TX. These valves are very hard to find and PlumbersStock Had Them! I was in a critical situation having the whole system down and it being 100 Degrees!! Mazi was absolute wonderful in her execution of my order, I am very grateful for her help!!

I can replicate the comment of Mr. Brown below. I ordered 3 toilet cistern valves on June 23, 2017. They gave me a 6 week time to fill the order. Earlier this week, all of a sudden they unilaterally canceled the order quoting incorrect pricing on their website. The email received had no hint of any apology or inconvenience caused. There are better ways of handling such issues for a reputable company. From my experience they get a F-.

I ordered 3 toilet valves, they emailed me a couple days later and said they cancelled the order because the price was wrong. I called and tried to get them to honor the order and they wouldn't.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I ordered a part from their website since it showed they had 4 items in stock at their California warehouse. A day and a half later I got an email saying they only had 3 items in stock. I called and told them to ship whatever they have because we needed the parts as soon as possible. They told me it was going to take another 24-36 hours for the part to ship because it was being shipped from the manufacturer. Seriously?!? The item was listed IN-STOCK at their warehouse, not from the manufacturer. The only reason why I ordered from plumbersstock was because they had the items in stock. To top it off, they just called and said there is now only 2 items left. Do not do business with this company!

Ordered a specific brand name/color garbage disposal sink flange. Sent me what looked like right part - not the brand specific. Could not tell until hired plumber said not comparable. Called PlumersStock, sent picture to them - wrong part. Said I could get exchange or refund. Asked about reimbursement for plumber - sorry. Asked if they could give me new part comp to offset cost - told me refund would be on my cc - Total Dismissal! Now I am back to square one with a plumbers bill. This is worse than bad business- stay away!

Ordered a product from this website on 4/15, was told it would ship in 3-4 days. Called on 4/25 after not recirculating my the item or tracking info. They informed me it was back ordered and would take 3-4 days to ship. I called on 5/11 because I still hadn't received my item and they told me it would be 4-5 weeks and they will cancel my order and process a refund. I told them it was unacceptable I didn't accept this as a resolution and they kept talking over me and hung up. Terrible customer service and just straight up liars. Don't buy form here it's like buying from China

I received wrong size AC vent cover and when I called to ask for a return the manager refused to accept return simply by saying that our company policy is that we don't accept returns. I explained that I received wrong size item but it didn't matter. When I ordered I provided them with the dimensions of the actual vent cover, but they sent a product that was 2 inches wider on all sides and this was not mentioned anywhere in the description before purchasing. Anywhere else that you order an AC vent cover you will get the exact dimensions that you order, but this company thinks that adding a couple of inches on each side without mentioning it anywhere is ok. Very disappointed at their customer service!! First time I ordered from this company and for sure it will be my last.

Planned a remodel on my on my house including redoing all the plumbing. My guy sent me a pic of a manifold told me to order one so i ordered from here. Supposed to be a new part. Instead I get a used part with labels already on it. Water fell out of the manifold, half of the pieces were missing and then after spending 3 hours going around 3 towns to find the parts we need to be able to hook this up we learn why it was returned to begin with. They had messed up the threading on the intake. I ordered this 2 weeks in advanced, paid an extra 20$ for expidited shipping, never got shipping confirmation, took ever a week to get it just to deal with this. I was first offered 10$ back and then 40$ back or a full refund if i returned the product which would completely screw me up on having water as my guy is here now not in 2-3 weeks. Never ever will do business with them again and am contacting the bbb.

Finally received my order, or should I say the items they chose to send me not the items I ordered. How can you order a specific part number/manufacturer and get sent whatever they had in their warehouse instead!! Will not return emails.

The two way shipping and "restocking fee" makes any purchase to expensive. Also, the wait for an order part is 4-6 weeks.

Ordered a medicine cabinet. First came damaged. After sharing photos via very responsive email and phone customer service, sent out a replacement at no charge whatsoever that arrived quickly. Very professional and easy customer service.

Ordered a Toto toilet. Plumbers Stock had the best price, even after including the $55 for special packing. And special packing it was. Foam was blown into to both boxes to assure no breakage..which is so prevalent from other online sellers of toilets. Would use again!!!
