You sent me a part in a old beat up rusty bag and claimed it was new. Then the switch did not work. Whats up with that. Then denied my claim

Easy to find, delivered promptly, price a little high, but probably not their fault.

As a director of customer service for 2 companies (one big one small) over the years, I have never been motivated to write a review on another company before. But if one of my employees spoke to a customer like I was spoken to, or was not at least trying to be helpful, I would have fired them or we would have failed. Plumbersstock is around because they have great prices. But who cares about that when everything else sucks. I was sucked into the price thing, but now I would gladly pay more to a local company or anyone just to get my things on time and be treated better. To be honest they are great when there is no complaint. The second there is an issue, the politeness goes out the window. Here is what happened. I was told that my order would ship in 30 days (uh, they did not have it in stock and they said they had to wait until they got enough orders in to get a batch from the factory... hmm). Because of project timeline I canceled the order after 10 days, at which point they told me "Sorry, it's shipped.." I asked, so ok.. what can we do about this? "Just refuse the shipment and pay a 25% restocking fee". I said ok, thats fair. So when the shipping company called, I told them I had canceled the order and they said fine. Then I get a bill from Plumbersstock saying that I have the pay almost $2000 in shipping and storage fees to return the $200 item (which cost only $200 to ship to me to begin with. And on top of that they were extremely smug and had lied to me about being able to cancel the item whenever in the next 30 days and about how they would go about things if I did not recieve the package. In short, I thought they were great and ordered thousands of dollars of items from them for this project (which is only 25% done) and was going to order about 10K more, but customer service is important and they should have tried to be more helpful instead of snarky and insolent. I will never order form them again. I would rather pay higher prices a local plumber stock stores. In the service industry customer care and treating the customer fairly and honestly are hugely important- and on this Plumbers Stock fails miserably.

Plumbers Stock is a complete waste of time! My initial order was cancelled because they flagged it as fraud, but never notified me! That was a 3 week waste of time. Then I had to replace my order. That is an additional 4-5 weeks wasted. Now my order arrived with the wrong quantities and types of items! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $ AT PLUMBERSSTOCK.COM!

Ordered a badly needed part advertised as "in-Stock" and received order confirmation stating "allow 2-day processing." Just called after 5 days of silence and was told the part was not "in-Stock" and "probably" would be ordered from the manufacturer, shipped to them "probably" in a week or two, then shipped to me after processing, a total of "maybe 5 weeks" after placing my order.

I placed an order for 15 pcs of ADS 60"x24"x12" Arc 24 Type Septic Leaching Chamber and 2 pcs of ADS Arc 24 Cap Septic Leaching Chamber. Dealing with Megan was a pleasure. She answered all of my questions and concerns. All parts arrived timely and in perfect condition. I now have 75 feet of new leach chamber. The chambers were easy to assemble and install and alot less work and hassle than a conventional leach line with perf pipe and gravel. I highly recommend this company and this product. Don't hesitate to try this. Ask for Megan, she is awesome.

I ordered items with a lead time of 4-5 weeks and I have been waiting for them to arrive. Weeks later since i have not received a shipmet notice so I called them. I found out my order has been tagged as "suspected activity" and they have not processed my order. They claim they sent me an email but I did NOT receive anything from them. I requested to talk to the supervisor and she pretty much did not offer me any solutions other than re-processing my order again with a lead time of 4-5 weeks. I asked for her manager, she said she is the only one I could talk to. I keep asking for anyt possible solutions such as expediting my order, expediting the shipment etc but and all I got is "sorry we cannot". they offered me a 50 dollar disocunt for a 650 dollar order. If you want to purchase something from a company that is not trustworthy and does NOTHING to please a customer they have upset because of their own mistake, go ahead an order from them.

I made two purchases via Plumbers Stock. One for a tub drain assembly and the other for a 4 port sprinkler manifold. I found exactly what I was looking for on their website. The orders arrived promptly. There was a slight mix up on the second order. The company was very courtesy and quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I will continue to do business with Plumbers Stock and would highly recommend their company to others.

Plumbers Stock was my first choice when it came to placing an order with them for the very first time. Although I understood there would be a wait until more stock of the items I ordered came in. I was not in a hurry, and the products did get to me, and are exactly what I needed, wanted, and had ordered. I found their shipping rates to be fair, and even verified with customer service that I had selected the correct shipping method. My communication with customer service on two occasions was professional and quick. I have no complaints and will be ordering from Plumbers Stock again in the future when the need arises.

I purchased some in stock sprinkler heads and nozzles since a couple of heads needed replacing. I placed my order on Monday with ground shipping and received my order on Friday just in time for the weekend. I would definitely recommend Plumbers Stock and will continue to purchase from them.

I was surfing to find a PC board for my Toro Irritrol Rain Dial RD 600. Against my will, I sent the controller to Toro, who advised after 3 weeks there was nothing wrong with it, which I agreed with since telling them it was the board. Plumbers Stock had it. Who? Plumbers Stock... I thought it was 3 weeks out, so I forgot about it until It arrived 3 days later. Exact OEM part for a fraction the cost of a replacement controller box. Makes you ask why Toro doesn't support their own product in the same way? The USPS knocked a sensor switch off the board in transit which didn't apply to my controller, but Jilian & Maddie said don't worry, if it doesn't work, we'll replace it. It works just fine, and just in the nick of time... you see, it's going to be 120 here this weekend in the desert. If the sprinklers don't sprinkle, my yard begins to wrinkle... Thanks Plumbers Stock!
