Naomi and Nicole have gone out of their way to resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction, for which I am very grateful. I may have had an initial Customer Service issue, but my subsequent experience has been first rate, hence the increase in star rating despite the original problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW. The hamper was addressed to the correct addressee but at the wrong address. (SUBSEQUENTLY this appears to have been the sender's error). Fortunately our excellent local Evri driver sorted that out. The greetings card had the wrong sender's name. When we tried to phone there was NO RESPONSE on the Customer Service line. Of the contents tried so far, I would NOT buy any of them again. Gruyère cheese biscuits - tasteless, Cookie biscuits - tasteless, Dry roasted peanuts - tasted stale and musty, Merlot - a £6 bottle from Tesco would be a big improvement, Chocolates - 6 (yes six) out of 10 were Hazelnut pralines with different chocolate covering, of the remainder the coffee cream and the raspberry cream did not taste of coffee or raspberry. I am apprehensive about what to expect from the rest of the contents. Such a big disappointment and total waste of money for a gift from a very dear friend. Would never use Hamper.com again.

To cut a very long story short , I accidentally gave Hampers.com the wrong delivery address and the delivered hamper could not be located. A new hamper was dispatched as soon as possible at no extra cost to myself. I understand that the hamper is beautiful and you have made a family very happy. I will be highly recommending your company to all my friends.

Twice in less than a week the hampers have been undelivered then the replacement hamper has been delivered to the wrong address. So yet again my parents are left without their Christmas/New Year gift. The delivery photo is of a doorstep and I assume the couriers feet with no evidence whatsoever that it is the correct address. The google map Evri sent clearly shows it is the incorrect address so how on earth did they get it so wrong....YET AGAIN. Do not recommend this company t all whilst they still use Evri as their 'trusted' delivery service.
