United Kingdom | 01 January 2025I recently ordered one of the wonderful Festive Hampers, but unfortunately due to a problem with a delivery partner the product was mislaid and wasn't delivered. However, once the excellent Customer Service team at Hampers.com got involved they very quickly resolved it and got a replacement hamper package despatched and delivered within 24 hours and even included some delicious "extra" hamper tea-time goodies too as a gesture of goodwill. Special thanks must be credited to Chisom who took control of the situation, kept me updated and fixed the problem swiftly.

Considering that I paid for next day delivery its not really acceptable. On this basis I am unable to recommend this company.

Steve has been brilliant regularly e-mailing me on the Sunday before Christmas and until the delivery ( next day). Genuine caring customer service and the recipient of the hamper absolutely loves it. I ordered the Xmas hamper early and put the wrong date in, I sent an email to change it, Steve messaged back straight away and updated my order and nearer Xmas emailed me to confirm all was still going ahead accordingly. Very kind, friendly and super efficient service. Will defo use these again. We also recover 25% off after our original order so ordered another for a friend and they are both absolutely stunning! United Kingdom | 21 December 2024I placed an order for clients of 20+ hampers, and the delivery companies that they have chosen to use are frankly not good enough. Evri advised that a hamper will not be delivered until 26th, not much point in it being sent and DHL will not be delivering numerous hampers until later this evening when officers are closed. Still waiting for a response from Hampers.com after sending three emails. Extremely disappointed and will not use this service next year. Thank you for responding however this has still not been dealt with fully and more orders have not been delivered. I will be disputing charges with my bank on Monday. It goes from bad to worse, Hampers.com made contact yesterday and arranged for 7 hampers to be resent on Monday, the couriers then advised that certain hampers were getting delivered today when there is no one there to accept them. I have tried emailing them several times and no response. I have never come across anything this bad before and will certainly not be using this company again.
