Scooter went in for 2 year service, turns out they don't service by honda service schedule in the supplied manual but what a computer tells them.... spark plug and air filter should have been changed. They didn't so it had to go back a couple of weeks later with a fault light. Spark plugs and air filters not kept in stock. Sorry Honda but poor show, we are expected to keep to service schedules but you don't keep to your own manuals.

I recently purchased a Suzuki swift sport from John Banks in Bury St Edmunds and I could not fault the process at all. Rob Beaton took care of everything and provided a faultless service and made the whole experience as calm and as convenient as possible. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Booked car in for repair/health check and MOT/service. Matthew and Sandra at Mercer's, Cambridge were very helpful and professional. Really helped me out being provided with a courtesy car as I start work really early in the morning when public transport is not yet available. Service team sorted out the issues I reported and generally it was a very good experience.

I had heard people say that the service at John Banks was very good and had decided to give them a try. Kymberley the sales specialist was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and organised. As a result of which we now have a Honda Jazz which we are very pleased with sitting in our driveway. John Banks Ipswich is the nearest garage to our home and why in the future would we consider going anywhere else. We have also been offered a refresher appointment which, as we are of a certain age, we will be very grateful for. Thats what you can call service.

Chloe in sales made the whole process of buying my new car easy and exciting and went above and beyond to meet my requirements and help me threw the purchase experience.I also use John Banks to service and mot my car evrey year.The service team are great at keeping you informed evrey step of the way. This is the second car I have purchased threw John Banks in Ipswich and I look forward to buying the next one with them.

I have been using John banks in Nacton since 2009. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The Technicians and Management are very knowledgeable and have a love in what they do.

I had a excellent experience acquiring my new Honda motability car through John Banks, Ipswich. The whole process was handled by one member of staff who's clearly experienced in the motability process. She explained the process to me thoroughly and made sure I understood everything about it. She was friendly, polite and professional and I'm very happy with my car and my choice of dealer. The whole process was deal with timely and efficiently by Kymberley Cant and I would like to thank her for being so helpful as I tend to struggle with anxiety making big decisions due to my autism but once id arrived at the 1st appointment from that moment forward I felt at ease. Also when making calls to John Banks any other members of staff I interacted with were friendly and professional which means a lot to me. Thanks you Kymberley and the team at John Banks. Things couldn't have gone any better and I love my new car.
