I recently had an unfortunate experience with Asendia where my parcel was declared lost in transit. I do wish that Asendia had been more transparent about their processes and offered clearer information on what steps they were taking to locate my parcel. Overall, while I had a negative experience with Asendia losing my parcel, I appreciate their prompt customer service and hope that they can improve their processes for handling lost items in the future.

Hello, J'apporte également mes 2 cents. Les commandes que j'attendais depuis longtemps ont été directement renvoyées au vendeur. Sur leur site, ils disent que l'adresse est fausse alors que d'autres services de livraison utilisés par le même site vendeur me livre sans problème. Encore pire, ils ont mon numéro de téléphone et le jour où ils prétendent être passé pour livrer, j'étais chez moi. Je me demande donc s'ils ont réellement essayé de me livrer. Si vous faites appel à ce service de livraison ou si votre vendeur passe par eux, soyez sur vos gardes car votre colis ne risque pas d'arriver et tout ce que vous aurez c'est une perte de temps et d'argent. Je vois que Asendia essaie de rejeter la faute sur un autre livreur mais se sont bien eux qui devaient me livrer.

I'M GOING TO CAPITALISE THIS BECAUSE I CAN'T EMPHASISE ENOUGH HOW TOTALLY TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHY EBAY HAS CHOSEN A PARTNERSHIP WITH ASENDIA. THEY LITERALLY ARE THE WORST****** AS IN THE WORST****** COURIER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!! YOUR PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE 6 WEEKS, MORE THAN A MONTH OR 2 MONTHS LATER. I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM EBAY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND SINCE MY PACKAGES ARE SENT FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY, MY PACKAGES HAVE ARRIVED UNBELIEVABLY LATE. PAY ATTENTION WHO THE COURIER IS FROM. USUALLY US TO AUSTRALIA ARRIVE IN A WEEK OR TWO. EVEN FROM CHINA AT LEAST 3 WEEKS. SINCE EBAY CHOSE ASENDIA, AN INDIAN (SURPRISE SURPRISE) CHEAP COMPANY, I'VE NOTICED IF IT'S THROUGH THEM, YOUR PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE MONTHS LATER. IF IT'S THROUGH UPS OR OTHER COURIER, WAIT IS NOT TOO BAD. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PROMISE YOU, THEY***DON'T***CARE.

Pésimo servicio estoy esperando un pedido desde febrero pésima comunicación me dice el rastreo que está retenido por pago de cargos que ya me informaron pero no e recibido comunicación por parte de ellos y no dan respuesta cuando trato de comunicarme

Package routed via Switzerland Last update : Mar 2, 2023 4:52 PM TRANSPDEST Transport to destination Not Available No updates, can't speak to an CS agent to get further information. Royal Mail can't get any further information other than it's waiting to be allocated on a flight in Switzerland. Whats going on ?

I received my package quite rapidly, exactly as planned. Even though I was worried about the length of customs clearance and delivery (I bought the article on Tuesday evening, then package showed "customs cleared" from Thursday to Monday), it all went very quickly starting from Monday night and I received it today (Tuesday morning). It wasn't damaged or anything !

Alors là, je ne sais pas pourquoi les commentaires sont énervé comme ça, ils m'ont fait angoissé pour rien. La livraison à était lente, mais c'était prévu, et reçu même avant la livraison estimé d'origine, j'ai parmi mes colis du verre trempé pour téléphone, aucune rayure, verre cassé etc.. entreprise de livraison qui semble sérieuse, merci

Hi, I’ve had a package that supposedly was dispatched by the us carrier (asendia) on the 11th of February. Nothing has been updated on the tracker since then, so I assume it hasn’t reached the uk yet. The tracking number is: EEUS000433161GB I have also attempted to contact asendia through the customer support form and have not heard anything back… Any update would be appreciated

MS8001007118 Is my tracking number order placed 6-2-23. I have seen zero updates as to where my parcel is, all I have it’s that it has departed origin country which was way back on 18-2-23 and all efforts thus far to contact anybody about this has been fruitless. Can someone please advise what on earth is going on??
