Tracking number: YI000828914 Or : MP8006608598 Ordered this with 10 business day delivery and it’s been sitting in Brisbane Australia for over 2 weeks now! I need the order as it’s a part of my costume for a production I’m doing! If I knew how long this was gonna take and how hard it would be to get info or updates on where my package is I wouldn’t have gone with this delivery service. I’m so tired of getting screwed over by long deliveries. I just want to know where my package is.

Tracking number EEUS000429211GB - item ordered in February 5th, still not here yet. I check the website, it says item posted on the 12th and return created on the 13th? Nobody asked for the item I purchased to be returned? Please look into this. Happy to change review if I receive my item.

Ordered through American Eagle website. I'm just glad they split the order into 2, because this way at least I have the half of the order that was sent via Purolator. The asendia portion of the order says it was delivered 2 days ago but never showed up. No knock at the door, nothing. And AE's policy is to give them 3 days from the date they say it's delivered before they do anything. Edit: Hey asendia, you realize that trustpilot is for people to review your company, not people formally filing complaints with your company don't you? Like what am I supposed to do, publicly post my tracking number for everyone? And you already got back to the complaint I actually did file with you, all you said was that it was delivered.

Atrocious service. Tracking info never updated, I checked on Feb 21 - nothing, I was home all day, heard nothing at the door, noticed nothing be delivered. Then I check on Feb 22 and it claims it was delivered Feb 21. So I supposed there are 3 potential explanations: 1. they're lying and updated their tracking retrospectively to make it seem like they met their delivery window when in fact they haven't even tried to deliver it yet. 2. they delivered it so quietly with no attempt to get my attention, left it on the porch for someone to steal. 3. they never delivered it and have essentially stolen my purchase and are some scam corporation.

Absolut erbärmlicher ''Lieferdienst''. Kein funktionierendes Tracking und ich bezweifle dass mein Paket jemals ankommen wird. Schade dass man keine 0 Sterne vergeben kann.

Ordered through AEO, package status shows being delivered today since the 14th, no status update since. So where is the package? This is a new shipper that AEO is using as they have always used Canada Post, Purolator, never heard of this company and so far not impressed. Mobile updates is not working and I've attempted to contact your Customer Service with no response. If I could rate you a 0 I would.

i am changing my review to 3 stars from a 1 star only because i got an answer to my query within 1 day of posting my negative first review, i appreciate that delays cannot be helped, ie, cyber attacks, bad weather, customs, but nobody from the actual help forum got in touch, i only got a response from asendia usa after leaving my negative review through trustpilot and i still stand by what i said in regards to the way asendia's tracking system works, how my package was showing it in switzerland, spain and france at the same time through the tracking that was available is still baffling but you shouldn't have to give a negative review for a response, anyhow my issue is resolved, thanks

Don't bother trying to contact them for your missing parcel, they won't deliver or respond to enquiries. Definitely a scam.

I had a parcel sent from a company in the UK via Asendia, i have many parcels sent to me via overseas comanies ( I am in South Africa) and have NEVER had a situation where the parcel does not have a valid tracking number. I was given a tracking number via Amazon ( UX038765309FR) but when i query with the shipper or Asendia i’m told the parcel was shipped as “ untrackable”????….I find this absolutely pathetic service. I now need to cancel my amazon order and request a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!… you have been warned!

I've been trying to contact this company with their contact form on their website but no one responded yet. Their own tracking system shows my purchase as "not available" and the Laposte's tracking system doesn't show me anything at all. I don't know if it's really in transit or just lost.

Ordered from UK to USA using Amazon on 1/16/23. Nothing received. Amazon refunded my money on 2/10/23. Their tracking does not make sense. I will make sure this company is not used again.

Wenn ich könnte, dann würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Mein Paket ist seit dem 03. Januar verloren gegangen und ich erhalte NULL Hilfe. Ich bin fassungslos wie unprofessionell das Ganze ist. Plötzlich ist mein Paket wieder in einem anderen Land und es geschieht nix. Egal wie häufig man Asendia versucht zu kontaktieren. Finger weg von jedem Händler der mit Asendia zusammen arbeitet. Das Geld und die Ware seht ihr nie wieder.

First time using Asendia. Ordered a special collectible for my son on Amazon Denmark to the United States and it’s saying delivered but it has not been, so the experience so far is not great. Hoping this is a viable organization. Tracking doesn’t make a lot of sense and the tracking number isn’t valid when plugging it into the Asendia website from Amazon. The tracking number is AWE10000000064551. If someone can help, I’d love to update this review. Update - No follow-up from Asendia and no delivery. Great organization! For me, they were worthless, a scam, and should be avoided if at all possible.

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu l'article commandé mais la manette PS4 ne fonctionne pas . je présume que c'est de la contrefaçon. impossible de joindre le site asendia pour obtenir un bon de retour et quand j'ai au téléphone la poste il me dise de contacter l'expéditeur mais rien sur leur site. conclusion fuyez ce site.

The reviews aren't wrong. Abysmal service with ASCENDIA/BROAD REACH. They don't even attempt to deliver packages.Avoid if possible.
